Meant to be collecting the last few catalogues today but just can't find the motivation!! I have defrosted the freezer and been to the supermarket and am shattered!! Funny when I got asked for id when doing my weekly shop - had some beer in it, the woman looked embarrassed when I showed her my passport - lucky I had it in my bag or I would have been really embarrassed!! I once had to get my lil sis to get me some wine from the supermarket!0

I have just started offering avon products in my boutique, well i just kind of just place the brochures near the counter. It's a good thing I came across this thread, I've found some really good tips on how to accumulate more orders.
I really find the online catalog very convenient to use. Sometimes that's what I show my friends if there's no brochure available and they have net connection.0 -
Just a quick question. Another rep has been putting books through doors of my customers. I thought Avon was all terrority based. Can they do this?February Grocery Challenge £300
Spent so far £55

unfortunatley it does happen, ive had it done twice in 6 months.Fone your area manager and let them know as it could have been another sl who gave it them.If they live in the street they can do friends and family who live there even if they are your customers normally.Good luck0

thats a bit naughty isn't it?. say someone orders 2 of the same items from a cheapest price free for £3 each and another customer orders 2 of a higher price cpf, same items at £5 each. Avon will only discount £6 instead of £8?
but yeah i suppose avon don't know whos ordered what do they.
thanks for all the info, i always check this thread.
That's not how it's worked out... I sold lots of the footworks stuff on BOGOF in my last campaign. One customer ordered 2 things at £4.75 and another ordered something for £3.75 and something for £3.50. On my invoice i was charged for one of the £4.75's and the £3.75. They work it out like boots do in the 3 for 2 at xmas :-) sorry i haven't been online peeps, had no internet since thursday morning, currently on my mobile. Lyndsey hope you have success today!!
I am now up to £162:jso I have met my HOV, but now I want to meet my £250 so I have a chance of getting my LOA1 incentive. Initially I thought I would be happy to get the MOV, but then after I got that I thought okay, now I want the HOV, now I'm like oooh I want the £250, if I do reach that I probably will want more:rotfl:
Still have more orders to come in! Got another one yesterday from the woman interested in the facial filler, she ordered it, so that was another £20:T
Pretty happy so far, I didn't even think I would come close to this value for my first campaign. Although I was sneaky and had my Avon cats clearly on display, a woman just slightly further down from me asked if she could have a cat, and she said she knew her neighbour would be interested, lucky I gave her as they both gave me orders:j

:rotfl: Depends what you mean by human :rotfl:
I think we've all had the experience of call-centre personnel that we wonder about! However, I've spoken to some excellent ones and a few of the 'chocolate teapot' variety on:

Does anyone have a note they use to put through peoples doors? I have been going back and forth to some customers several times to collect catalogues and I just wondered if anyone has a slip they use all the time? Having problems with the wording, seem to be making it sound as if maybe they were in, but couldn't be bothered coming to the door:rotfl:Avon Rep
