Has anyone else seen the new adjustable 'lipstick' yet? I would be wary of describing it as a lipstick - it's just a gloss really, and the higher the number you select, the more it puts on. I have to be honest an say I won't be pushing it to my customers as it seems to be unnecessarily complicated for what it does (just squeeze the tube harder if you want more on )
The reason I saw it was that I went to a local call-in last week...........I'm not saying a word :silenced:

I have been going back and forth to some customers several times to collect catalogues and I just wondered if anyone has a slip they use all the time? Having problems with the wording, seem to be making it sound as if maybe they were in, but couldn't be bothered coming to the door:rotfl:
I know just what you mean - i once had a woman put a note on her book saying something like 'my book WAS out - please don't bother leaving one in future!'. Well sorry, luv, but I had rain dripping down my neck and my glasses were misted up - you try spotting every last one in a monsoonIf I happen to bump into her outside her house I plan to give her a beaming smile and say 'Oh hello Mrs * - how are you? Do you still not want an Avon book?'
I'll email you my later attempt not to offend, but some people will take offence at anything 'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

Thanks Ann
LOL, I know for sure some people have been in and I seem to have loads of people just not leave them out, it's really annoying. Every time I go to collect there is always at least half that I have to knock and most of these don't answer:rolleyes:Avon Rep

My colleague (who has the friend that does Avon) found out last week that I am doing it too. I am only back from my holidays today, so I have been avoiding her gaze for the last 20 minutes. Unsure at the moment how she will be with me:eek:Avon Rep

Morning all, just recieved my order and sorting it out now, no idea what went on when they packed it, 6 items are listed on invoice and not included in delivery, few things unavailable and I've recieved 4 pairs of briefs that i never ordered - very odd.Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass,it's about learning to dance in the rain.0

When you place an order do you find out before hand if something is out of stock or do you only find out when you get the goods? Not looking forward to missing loads of stuff then having to explain to customers...Avon Rep

The online traffic light indicators give a good idea of what is likely to be available, obviously they can't guarantee that something will still be available by the time your order is processed though.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. hiya everyone did collect from a new block of flats yesterday and got 5 new customers with orders totalling approx. £150 between them sooo chuffed.
also when i knocked on someones door there the person said that his partner is a rep herself....okay i said and went....but guess what 3 of the doors where i knocked said they left the book outside...well i didnt collect it!!?
so i am just assuming that rep did it. anyway those people where not interested at all so not bothered.0 -
