This may have been asked already but I have tried going through all the pages and can't find anything: In HT10 what does Fixed Discount in Cam 7 & 8 mean when it says fixed discount when sold at...?

It means that you don't earn the full 20/25% commission on that item ... for each one sold you only earn the amount it says as the fixed discount. Hope that makes sense xx

an additional order costs £2.50 it doesnt go on your campaign 7 so you wont have comision if you dont have mov with it and i think its the same amount of time as your regular order to be delivered about a week

Does anyone living in the cheshire area have any spare campagin 7 books??

I mentioned this earlier in the thread that I had problems when i used the Solutions Radiance range. I have had another two customers return the products this campagin. Has anyone else had this problem?

When i used it I thought it might just be my sensitive skin, but i dont think i am going to let my customers order it again. Both have said it qwas like having a chemical peel !!! Not good :( I am thinking about dropping Avon a line about it, not that it will make much difference !!

  • Lyndsey, I offered a free gift for all orders over £20. I am of the view that I need to draw in customers and I think this might help. So far I have £45 worth of orders but only one freebie to offer, this will likely change as I haven't had some work mates orders or my mum's. I still need to do the majority of my territory too.

Next campaign, I won't offer this as I see if you order £10 worth of make up you get the oasis watch for £5, well that is already £15 and I think those sales will be quite easy. I am going to come up with something else I think.

I love the idea of wrapping it in tissue tho, makes it look much better.

I went to Debenhams yesterday and there was a woman demonstrating a 4in 1 nail buffer and the results were amazing, but she wanted £30 for the whole set.
In the HT mag for C8 there is a demo one for £1.05 (will be £2.50 but intro price to customers £1.50) code 02204

If its anything like the one i tried in Debenhams, get it! and it will be ideal to show to your customers.

its rub all over your nail with the black side to clean the nail, then the grey side, then shine with the white side, the shine is fantastic, it looks like ive got clear polish on my nails! and apparently the shine will last 2 months.
im very impressed, (can you tell lol - ive been showing my nails to everyone)

i only hope the one in Avon does the same job ;)

btw, i usally staple the order forms to the outside of the bag when delivering

I used to demonstrate this product in Debenhams myself and although the product is pretty good, the shine doesn't last for 2 months. It lasts for a few days, but the smoothness lasts a long time. I would be very wary about using this buffer (the black side) too often, as this can weaken and split the nail, it is used primarily for taking out the ridges. However feel free to use the shiner every day, that is what I do, as it does look like clear varnish. It is also great to use before you put on varnish as it goes on very smoothly! I think the Avon one will do exatly the same, there are loads of similar type products around now.
