I haven't got c8 brochure infront of me now but I know in HT 9 they had Anew and a ice blue bonus bag when you spent 14quid +
As I ordered one of my customers it, she had ordered the anew product from c6 at £13.50 so for the extra 50p I can give her a lovely bonus.
I will go check the brochure it maybe that the code in HT is the same as the brochure one or does your SL have the ability to change your order?

is that HT (C9 order in C7) ? if it is i can't see a pic of it

Woohoo!! So I got 40 C8's - they prefer just doing 1 campaign for your first order so you have more chance of having a good first order. So now I need to fill out the order forms, get some food bags tomorrow - have a look in a pound shop or something and then get them out Sun/Mon. Luckily I only have to do my estate which isn't that big at all.
Am panicking already about the ordering, knowing about freebies for offers for clients, but I know you lot are here to help!
She is coming back either the day before my order is due or on the day so at least I may get some help for my first one!!

Hi Guys, here again with my silly questions....!

    * How do you all manage to carry all your deliveries all at once? I'm starting to have to use my car and shove a cardboard box in passenger seat then drive round.
    * Those of you that use the carrier bags for your deliveries... do you attach your order forms to the outside so you know who's is what etc? If so, how do you attach them?
    * When you drop your cats off in the freezer bags, how do you put it all in? I've been putting mine in sideways but then find it really hard to check if someone's ordered when I'm going door to door to collect them.
Hope you are all doing okay with your campaigns.. I've started on a new part of mine, only got two orders out of about 25 houses so far but one lady has ordered £43 worth :j:T

    * Those of you that use the carrier bags for your deliveries... do you attach your order forms to the outside so you know who's is what etc? If so, how do you attach them? - I use carrier bags as it is a good advert if the customers reuse the bags - if you are delivering a lot buy stickers and add the name and amount on the outside, and in the carrier bag put thier order and in a medium sized paper bag add their order form and any samples you are giving.
    * When you drop your cats off in the freezer bags, how do you put it all in? I've been putting mine in sideways but then find it really hard to check if someone's ordered when I'm going door to door to collect them.
It is time consuming and I don't know of a short cut, Sorry hun.

Thanks CruelKaren, excellent idea with the stickers... I think I might have to start ordering carrier bags for my orders as I think the paper bags are pretty naff...

I don't do all my deliveries at one time, but then I'm quite lucky as both of my territories are reasonably nearby.

I use carrier bags (old supermarket ones and a few plain white ones bought cheaply at the local market). If the bag is white or light coloured, then a black permanent marker pen will write clearly on the outside (name, door number, amount). In the case of Avon bags or other dark coloured ones, I staple a slip of paper inside the bag, just at the base of the handle. That way if it does come off it will only fall into the bag. I use Avon paper bags for the smaller orders and also write the details on them in case they get separated from the carrier bag for any reason. Larger orders go into Avon carrier bags. I also enclose the new brochure and any samples, freebies, mystery gifts etc.

I buy 8 x 11 zip seal bags from the internet for my books and find they are much more durable and easy to handle than food bags which have to be folded over, more often than not. I put the brochure with the collection day slip in front of it, and the order form facing the back. That makes it much easier when it comes to the turnaround of the books, the ones which have been put back the same way or not touched at all can be seen at a glance. I used to put them inside the brochure, but found exactly the same problem you mention..........live & learn :D

My C8 is going fairly well - £118 so far and I'm less than half way through :j

Hi all :D Another 5 new customers tonight :T

I have a problem ... one of my ladies ordered Solutions am/pm for £10 and the antler bag for £3 but the bag shows as £39 on my subtotal  I've tried both codes (the full price and £3 price in C7) and both the same ... anyone got any ideas? xx

Yep I have had exactly the same problem with my C7 order tonight. 2 customer ordered 2 different soloution products and a Morgan bag each for £3.00. One comes up as £3 under PC 02501 and the other is full price £29.99 58610. I phoned customer service and they said to go ahead and place the order and if it is wrong on the paper work once it is delivered to give them another call and they would adjust it. Thought I was going nuts, but the fact that you have had the same thing means it is a problem with them, not us.
  • Thanks

So if I have one customer order £10 from Anew and another order £10 from Anew, I can still claim the free bag right as it all counts as one order?

Does anyone have a spare cat 7 then as I don't and wonder if I can back order anything when it comes to placing my order?

I have just placed my C7 order tonight and have about 30 books that I am about to recycle. If you need one let me know :)
