    CruelKaren, can you not put your 4 individual items in as credits and reorder using the correct code but still give them to your customer and send back the re-ordered 4 seeing as you have 2 campaigns to return items? Does that make sense?

  • Thanks ladies for your really kind offers of a C7 catalogue. I have Pmed JELLY_BE4N as she has catalogues available now and I think I may need as much time as possible to see if I can backorder or not. So thank you to all those that offered and wanted to help:A

    So I just came back from collecting 5 out of my 8 I put out. No orders and 4 out of the 5 opted not to have a cat next time. I am now missing 7 catalogues. I have 2 out to hairdressers, 2 out to friends and 1 out at a post office. So that leaves me with 8 catalogues in total:eek:

    However I did have 2 colleagues place an order with me and I now have a total of £43.80 in orders. I think that's not bad so far as I still have 2 weeks to go, potential orders are still out and hopefully more catalogues to get on Monday/Tuesday. Not to sure if my territory will be any good though, especially if they don't leave out the catalogues. How many times do you go round before giving up on collecting them? If they don't give them back would you deliver to them again?

    Echo, do you amend the quantity of items to return to 0 then update?? If not, I think you have have to wait to be recharged.

    This would be my suggestion too (not that I've done this before ;))

    ASM just been round and dropped off 20 more C8's :T and I already had 50 but think I'll still need to order some more with my C9's to cover territory in time but maybe not :confused:

    can't see anywhere to delete or change owt-there's just a list of things.just been into show all invoices and when i saw the product the only option is 'back/update/add replacements/go to next step'.

    basically i have an item to be returned that i can resell on but can't change owt.also @ what point do i pay for the product that i resell-with the next invoice? i don't know what the old site was like but my account is so confusing.altho i only had one initial order i have order corrections and alsorts down.
