However I did have 2 colleagues place an order with me and I now have a total of £43.80 in orders. I think that's not bad so far as I still have 2 weeks to go, potential orders are still out and hopefully more catalogues to get on Monday/Tuesday. Not to sure if my territory will be any good though, especially if they don't leave out the catalogues. How many times do you go round before giving up on collecting them? If they don't give them back would you deliver to them again?

That's really good - you're nearly at MOV already! :T

Have you popped a note through the door saying that you called to collect? That's what I do, if they haven't put it out on the day of collection, and they aren't in (or it looks like they might be in bed lol) then I pop a note through saying something along the lines of

I called to collect your Avon Book today. Unfortunately you were not in. If you could please leave it outside your front door, even if you are not ordering - I will return to collect Tomorrow. Any questions, please contact me on (then I put my phone number & email address)

Seems to work for most people - a lot of people genuinely forget, or they might want a bit longer to look or want to ask a question.

If on the next day it isn't out, I've started putting a note through saying that the order deadline is _______(I always put waaay before my actual deadline, my deadline is a Tuesday, and I normally tell customers Thursday, for my territory at least, as I submit on a Sunday) could you please leave your book out even if you are not wanting to place an order.

That pulls in most of the "stragglers"! If after that point they haven't put it out, and it doesn't look as if they're on holiday I don't give them one again. I will probably in a couple of campaigns time, but will give them old books so it doesn't matter if it happens again.
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

Hi all :D Another 5 new customers tonight :T

I have a problem ... one of my ladies ordered Solutions am/pm for £10 and the antler bag for £3 but the bag shows as £39 on my subtotal  I've tried both codes (the full price and £3 price in C7) and both the same ... anyone got any ideas? xx

I haven't got c8 brochure infront of me now but I know in HT 9 they had Anew and a ice blue bonus bag when you spent 14quid +
As I ordered one of my customers it, she had ordered the anew product from c6 at £13.50 so for the extra 50p I can give her a lovely bonus.
I will go check the brochure it maybe that the code in HT is the same as the brochure one or does your SL have the ability to change your order?
