  • Does anyone living in the cheshire area have any spare campagin 7 books??

I mentioned this earlier in the thread that I had problems when i used the Solutions Radiance range. I have had another two customers return the products this campagin. Has anyone else had this problem?

When i used it I thought it might just be my sensitive skin, but i dont think i am going to let my customers order it again. Both have said it qwas like having a chemical peel !!! Not good :( I am thinking about dropping Avon a line about it, not that it will make much difference !!

Hiya, Ive only ordered two solutions products, two different people and both are now on way back to avon. Both people had a reaction to it and didn't feel they should continue to use. Not sure i'll be selling it again

Lyndsey, I offered a free gift for all orders over £20. I am of the view that I need to draw in customers and I think this might help. So far I have £45 worth of orders but only one freebie to offer, this will likely change as I haven't had some work mates orders or my mum's. I still need to do the majority of my territory too.

Next campaign, I won't offer this as I see if you order £10 worth of make up you get the oasis watch for £5, well that is already £15 and I think those sales will be quite easy. I am going to come up with something else I think.

I love the idea of wrapping it in tissue tho, makes it look much better.

Summer what campaign are you on? I think I need to study the brochure's better, so much to learn and take in!

Quick question: Do you all write your details (name, phone no, etc) by hand on the order forms or do you use stickers/stamps?

I bought a printer not long after I started so I print my forms out (just name/tel number/email) and print a separate collection slip with collection/delivery dates on so I can re-use my order forms each campaign xx

I use a self-inking rubber stamp that I bought in Staples about 18 months ago when I started. You make it up yourself.....a bit fiddly, using tweezers to set the letters, but not difficult....... so you can choose what details to put (I have my first name, mobile number and email addy). It cost around £11 (which you can declare as expenses, of course) and is still going strong up to now.

  • pretzels - The white side, not sure what it's made of, but is shouldn't dry out. I was advised that all you need do is dip it in warm soapy water to clean it, then rinse it and let it dry out naturally, should be as good as new. You only need to clean it every few months or so. I have had mine for several years and it still works like new.

Lyndsey - I am on Campaign 8 just now and I haven't studied the book loads. Unfortunately my friend wanted to order a sample of a perfume called Boho Chic, so I noted it down and when I got home realised that there is no perfume called that (unless I'm missing something) definitely good to know your products. I now have to email her and let her know, hopefully she will look at another cat and find the right one. She even gave me the page number, but it's not there! Anone any ideas what perfume she is on about? Every other night I have been looking at the cat to try and learn more about the products we sell, I think I will get used to them quite quicky as I love make up.

panambi - I don't write my details on the form, all I write is my name (so customers don't put their details in the same place. I put my other details on a seperate slip so I can reuse my order forms.

There's a Boho Chic body spray, it's a green can. It's not a perfume though so you won't be able to do a sample. Haven't got a book with me to check page/code numbers at the moment though xxx
