Would like to say a big thanks to CruelKaren for the lip plumping instructions. It was a new customer who spent a lot so she was pleased when i got back to her with the instructions so quickly.

Yay one of my sisters neighbours has placed an order of £19, and yet earlier in the year she told my sister that she ordered of the net..... perhaps her other neighbour who orders of me has told her that I'm reliable, or she's realised that it's easier lol!

Sold my first and only 2 pieces of the new Arabian glow collection - not a single other person has ordered anything from it, and yet it takes up so much of the book!

Has anyone else found it's not popular, or do people love it where you are?

I have been trying to get hold of my ASM for weeks and she has never returned my calls or emails. Should I ring avon head office?

Whenever my ASM doesn't get back in touch with me, either phoning or emailing, I always ring Avon head office! I know they have a lot of rep's to deal with, but it doesn't take that long to ring/email someone back. If you ring up, and explain that it has been X amount of time since they have responded, then they will email/ring her asking her to get in touch with you. I have to say it does seem to work, my ASM normally gets in touch within a day or so of ringing Avon (apart from the time she had a death in the family which is understandable).hth

Thanks for the quick reply. I have been trying to get hold of her for 3 weeks! Really need to sort the problems with my territory out!

Definately ring Avon then! I only ever give her a week max until I ring Avon lol, I normally email her and it isn't like she couldn't reply while she was watching tv in an evening, that and although they are obviously very busy, she's paid by Avon so therefore they should do their job properly as far as I'm concerned!
