Has anyone had any problems with the large paper bags? The old rep from my round gave me a load of her old stuff that she hadn't used and most of the large paper bags have really weak bottoms (oo-er!) I've ended up needing to cellotape most of them time by the time I need to deliver....
yes me too. i sellotape all mine as everything just falls out the bottom else. its like they forgot to glue them or something lol..the bottoms just open up
only noticed this on the large paper bags i bought in about Feb time0 -
All the more reason to put everything into a carrier bag - I had that happen on someone's doorstep on my first delivery :rotfl:
BTW had you all noticed that the Forum's are closed for upgrading over the weekend 'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

Aaaarghh!! I can't cope without these forums, I love this thread especially, it makes me really motivated to get out there Avonning, thanks, everyone on here
I think the carriers look much nicer anyway, I know it's an expense but I think maybe customers appreciate having the bags especially since a lot of people reuse them, has to be a good advertI have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.0 -
Can someone please remind me of the Far Away money maker, we have got 7 of them delivered and they all say free on the invoice, my wife ordered them when she got a promo phone call and we cant find the HT book, i know they are meant to be sold for £5 each.
When do we have to pay for it and how many are free0 -

Ooo better check my books see if they whiff!:rotfl:
Went collecting books in today, not doing very well, 20 something books not put out for collection:rolleyes: , pushed notes through so hopefully they will be out tomorrow. Got two orders from new customers though, but unfortunately one of them lives in my OH nan's house (who died last year) so it will definately have to be me delivering their order regardless of what shifts I'm on. Got to pick up some more books tomorrow, which were given with people's orders on Wednesday, so hopefully will get some orders there *fingers crossed*
Definately going to have to make sure I get all my books taken/collected before Good Friday as I doubt very few would be put out then!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
