A busy morning for me, chasing up regulars. I only have 4 outstanding C7 books.
I submit on Monday for delivery on Good Friday.
I seem to have done quite well from back / forward ordering this time.:j

My C6 delivery has just arrived. Only 2 boxes :rotfl: will sort it out in a bit. Hoping C7 is better
will continue through to summer as don't mind doing Avon whilst it's nice out but if sales are still rubbish in a few months then I'll be quitting before the bard weather comes round again :rolleyes:

i've been wanting more territory and just found out that my SL is ill and that's why nobody got back to me.frustrating.i didn't realise that it was Good Friday next week till i read summat on here yesterday!0

Collected up some books today, got quite a few orders, but some of only £2 so total hasn't gone up a huge amount yet. But, on the plus side, although lots of people didn't put their books out for collecting today, they are people who I gave them the books with their orders on Wednesday so they might just want longer to look, so giving them till Monday. And one nice lady has rung, is going to come and drop of her book & order and an item for returning this afternoon which saves me a trip
For this returns, she wants a different colour foundatain - I don't fancy it coming through the post with it being a powder and it could get messed up, if I do a returns online would the replacement item be put in with my C7 delivery? I have been doing avon for about 6 months and always read this thread, but this is my 1st post in it! Over the last 2 months I have consistently had another rep delivering her books in my territory, I told my ASM and she apparently sorted it, but it is still going on. It is becoming a real problem as even some of my existing customers are saying that they no longer want to order as avon obviously doesn't know what they are doing. I try explaining the situation but it doesn't make much of a difference. I really hope someone can help, because I really don't know what to do anymore.0

ive had the same problem with my round but my area managers just tells me that my regular customers will still order from me and that she hasnt given anybody my round,but any1 can do them not just me,its so frustrating as when i first started some people were saying theve had lots of reps in a short period until i started there 3 yrs ago,my area manager isnt very good though i think as all she tells me to do is keep recanvassing but i get nowhere as other reps live there aswell and have customers in the street.:mad:0

i know vistaprint has been mentioned on here in the past but can i ask if anybody has had the free rubber stamps from them are they any good? really fed up with writing on order forms and there seems to be a lack of stickers that you can put your details on.last time i did avon i bought some from ace gifts and cards but i've looked and they don't do them now0

I don't know what to suggest, I had a lady tell me the other week that there was already an avon lady for their road, checked with my ASM and she said there definately wasn't and if I could get their phone number and name and she'd sort it. However, I've never seen any avon books out other than my own, and have a couple of regular customers in that street who have never mentioned getting an extra book so have a feeling that lady was winding me up!
Your asm should do all she can to try and sort it, yes if there is a rep in the street she can do neighbours etc but if someone is consistently doing your whole roads then that is really taking the p**s!
I don't know how you package your books compared to the other person, but might be worth making sure that yours are done differently, so that it is obvious to your customers whose book it is from at a glance.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
