Still not heard from mine! Rang Avon again last night to complain, they said if they can't get hold of her then it would be referred to another ASM. No time scale though, but at least I feel like I'm getting somewhere!

She is lovely but she's so busy (she has 350 reps :eek:) that it can take her aaaaaages to get back to you if you have a query :rolleyes: and she's always going on holiday, lucky devil :rotfl:

lol speaking of ASMs.. im sat here hoping mine is going to send me an email tonight... the last 2 campaigns the night before delivery ive received an email containing a list of the top 50 selling reps in the area.... I was number 3 first time, then last time i was number 2...... just curious what i am this time:rolleyes:

My ASM sends a mass email out the night before orders are place to remind us to pay for our last campaign and order our new one :rotfl: she must have some stupid reps :rolleyes: doesn't tell us top sale people though, I wish she would ... there'd be something to aim for, I like a challenge

I think its a new thing shes just started... i love a challenge too.. hence why im sat here like a big kid waiting for santa :rotfl:

I'm just hoping shes gonna send it..... or could be a long wait

I am so jealous of all you people who have contact from their ASM's. I don't think mine uses the internet, but she also works full time so i don't like to ring her. Trouble is i haven't heard from her since i placed my 1st order in November. 'cause i didn't have an account set up she placed my order and brought it round when it was delivered! My 'territory' consists of a few friends at work still! Hey ho

Is she an ASM or an SL? ASM's are employed by Avon to work full time so call her! My ASM puts her voicemail on if she's in a meeting then gets back to me but I tend to text/email her instead
