No! :(:(:( She's probably really busy. Oh well...

I have a serious feeling of "cant be bothered" today.. which is not good as currently waiting for my delivery which is huge... and then gotta sort it all.. and deliver it all tonight... meh!! (and my babysitter has fell through and im gonna miss the Liverpool match! Booooooo!)

I havent even sorted/put any books out this campaign so far either!! EEK! How bad is that??!! lol I have been so busy with university work and looking after my very cranky teething 10 month old ive not had a chance to even sort my newsletter out or take the books out of their box nevermind deliver them! OOps... this is not the attitude to have if i want to be number 1! :o :rotfl: :rotfl:

I did order 30 extra C7 books so maybe i should make C7 my big campaign instead of this one as i really dont have time this campaign due to playing catch up with my uni work?! Hmmm... *taps foot* Why is it when your up and ready for once your delivery is always later than its usual too early time!!??? lol

Its always the case, my order normally arrives about 6.30. Whenever i am up and dressed or at least awake it doesn't arrive till gone 8 or even 9. Sometimes it even throws me by arriving a day early and then i'm definately not awake at that time on a sunday.
Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass,
it's about learning to dance in the rain.

If C6 is your 2nd campaign your sales leader/ASM should be providing your books... so double check she is going to !! (and if she says she wont.. then question it.. and point out you wont get your delivery till a week into c6 so will be without books for a week of the campaign if she isnt going to do her job properly - but maybe dont put it like that :rotfl: !!)

And you order your books a campaigns ahead.. so the reason the c7 is red is because this order is when you need to order your campaign 7 books (in campaign 5) - the person who signed you up should have/will tell you that too

OMG!!!!!!!!!!, I wasn't told that I need to order books a camp ahead. Does that mean I wont get any books with my delivery that I submit this time??? I just thought you order them when you place your normal order!!!!

What am I going to do? I am just about to submit my 2 order, well on monday, will I not have any C6 books?????

I submitted my C4 order a few weeks ago!!

How many campaigns have you done? If C6 will be your third campaign which im guessing it will be..... its not a MAJOR deal... just order them this campaign ASWELL as your C7 ones.....

it just means you wont have any c6 books for the first week of the campaign until your delivery arrives... so you'll just be using your old books to cover anyone you didnt last time........ or you can take the week off! :p
  • I can't beleive I was that dumb!!!!!

I was wondering how you do it, you know with waiting for your books.

 Why was I not told, but then I should of asked. Now I going to have to spen a fortune on cats as I will be buying C6, C7 and paying my £7.50 as it is my 2nd camp.

i dont know if it would prompt any help but how about contacting the person who signed you up and explaining.. see if they can sort you some books maybe saying its to cover the week you wont have any? Say you werent told so didnt realise!! Afterall if you werent told then how were you supposed to know - its not something you'd neccessarily think of??

    [rant alert]

I'm only a newish rep myself (only 4 months in) but d'ya know what part of me cant wait to be able to drive and then im determined to sign up as a sales leader and do my job PROPERLY! I'm amazed how many SL/ASMs seem to sign people up, not give them the proper information and then never contact them again they just sit and earn money off them!! I know its not lots of cash but surely it pays to treat your reps right and support them afterall the better they do the better you do! I dont understand this "let them get on with it and struggle while i earn" mentality... afterall its sales LEADERSHIP... therefore surely they should be LEADING their team!! URGH!! .... sorry it just annoys me ...... i know i wouldnt be where i am without this forum.. most of my info has come from you guys! We have some fab members on here, both reps and sales leaders! But people shouldnt have to turn to an internet forum to learn what to do when someone is getting "paid" to train them up!!

  • i sooooo know what you mean. I am so glad I found this place.

Just think about all the poor ladies out there who do not have this place and have SL like ours, I wonder how they cope???

I agree with you Johanne, it makes me really angry as I do my job properly and some campaigns don't even earn enough to cover my transport, extra brochures I give my reps, calls to reps mobiles (why do I always end up with reps without a landline lol) etc. But there's a SL round here who earns tons but doesn't do her job properly, complaints get made but she seems to be untouchable. Not fair
  • hi, Question about the cats.

I know you pay £4.86 for the first 3x5 packs and about 50p per pack after. Is that for any set of cats?

So if I order 50 C6 and 50 C7 will I pay £4.86 twice once for C6 once for C7 or do you pay once per camp?? So i could order 50 C6 and 50C7 but only pay £4.86 once.

    Am I being understandable????
