  • Morning Everyone

    Remember me telling you about the lady who looked like she wanted me to leave her order with her but didn't have the money yet? Well I didn't leave the order and so glad I didn't as I am having problems getting her to pay for it. Called round on Saturday lunch time and she said she hadn't been to the bank yet and would call me later. She did't call me later so I called her, no answer, then tried again on Sunday, no answer. So txt her would it be ok to bring it round on Monday evening, no answer, went round anyway, not in. Left a note to say I would call back tonight. Just hope she is in tonight after all this running around. I might make a note asking her to let me know if she still wants her order she will need to pay for it by Friday otherwise I will have to return it, as I like to put the money in the bank Saturday morning so that I can pay it online Sunday/Monday, before I place my next order on Tuesday. Just hope she still wants it as it is a £29 order!!

    JUST THOUGHT I WOULD WARN PEOPLE NEVER TO LEAVE ORDERS WITHOUT PAYMENT. UNLESS YOU KNOW AND TRUST THEM OF COURSE.

    Anyway on a lighter note collected 60 out of 70 books back in last night and got £126 orders, 2 of them was from my new territory who have been messed about by a previous rep so might take a while for them to gain confidence that I will collect their books and will deliver their orders. Have to go back tonight to the one's that were not in last night so hopefully more orders. Also still got friends and family orders to come in. I am going to take some books into work today as well. Talking about work I better get going. Have a good day everyone. :D

    HI Everyone

    I went back out to this lady tonight and guess what!!! Surprise surprise Yes you've guessed it lol. She was not in. :mad: So slipped a note through the door saying to contact me if she still wants the order as I need payment by Friday. I am not chasing her anymore and if she doesn't contact me by Friday I will not be giving her another book. Just wish she would tell me if she doesn't get paid til the end of the month or something like that. I would understand then and not be chasing her. Some people make you so mad.

    Anyway well done everyone else. Keep up the good work.

    Awh how annoying!!! If she really wants her order, at least you know she will contact you - and as you say, if not then no need to bother with her in the future!

    Am I right in thinking that C6 is brochure 6?? The new look brochure?? That's my second campaign... I got 40 books for my first and just 20 for my second, but my SL said it was because she had extra of the first log - although they were brochure 4 on C5 so I've missed out on brochure 5...
    Hoping that in a couple of campaigns I can start getting used to it and using back ordering and split territories..

    They are only meant to give you 20 of each I think, so giving you 40 of one brochure was a bonus! My ASM gave me about 50 of each cos she had so many spare as newbies like me had cancelled appointments :D

    Oh I forgot about the brochures being free for the first two campaigns, I'll ask my ASM tomorrow then when I see her, that will save me £5. That would also explain why the C7 ones are highlighted red.

    Theres also the option to order books for C8, is it worth getting those now or waiting a bit?

    There's no need to order C8 as ordering them with your C6 campaign will still get them to you in plenty of time :D

    I got 40 brochures too as my ASM said she has a deal with the depot, she gives them donuts, they give her extra books for nothing in return!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    My ASM has a boot full of brochures at all times :rotfl: she phoned me up once and said "You've ordered no brochures! Are you home, I'll bring some round!" and I said "Erm, I've ordered 70 brochures but thanks" :rotfl: she was all confused! She must have been checking my order online and not spotted them :D

    Was checking through orders, and spotted that one of my Mums friends had missed an offer, buy 1 choose one for 50p, so text her to check if she wanted anything else - she had missed that offer so wants 2 of the item she ordered. So got an extra 50p of sales lol! She seems pleased though as she hadn't spotted the offer.

    Sounds like you have a lovely ASM :D

    Still not heard from mine! Rang Avon again last night to complain, they said if they can't get hold of her then it would be referred to another ASM. No time scale though, but at least I feel like I'm getting somewhere!
