Just wanted to share with you what has happened to me with recharged returns - it's very annoying and there seems to be a lot of it about, I know a lot of people who have been affected by it both locally to me and further afield

If you have returned items since the run-up to Christmas please check they have been credited okay and not recharged. Apparently they were overrun with returns and a lot didn't even make it as far as head office, they were just sat there in pallets at the delivery depots because there was nowhere else to put them.

The result? Loads of people with recharges. It's taken me nearly three campaigns to get mine recredited, my signed returns thingies were faxed or emailed to head office a total of seven times before they got processed. In the end my ASM made a seventy mile round trip to Corby to deliver them personally to the person who could do something about it.

It was the same old story at head office - every person I spoke to told me different things, people said there was nothing they could do to help, promises were made but not kept....

Anyway, I got mine sorted out eventually. If anyone else here has a problem with them PM me as I have got contacts at head office who are actually helpful, and what's more, do what they say they're going to do.

If anyone gets cards that are a bit bent, dog eared or not in sequence they probably are used and no good

Just wanted to say we got ours with the c2 order (one of the lucky ones by the sound of it) and they were not in any sort of sequence order, the 2 letters at the beginning were always different and the numbers had no sort of continuation. Hope you manage to get them sorted soon.

Soooo angry  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The lady who signed me up was meant to come today at 10.30 to see how I was getting on and bring me some more C4 books so that I can split my territory................ by the time I left for work at 1 she hadn't arrived!!!!!!!!!! No phone call, no email, nothing! Rang her home phone, no answer & left a message, and put a note on my front door on the off-chance she was stuck in traffic

I really want those C4 books, as I'd got it all worked out that then I could leave books with my customers for 4 days this time instead of 2 to give them longer to look at them. Plus I've already printed of lots of "newsletters" highlighting the good offers in C4 - so if I don't get them I've wasted paper & ink.

I'm trying not to be too mad, as maybe something bad has happened with regards to her family etc, but it's still annoying when I stayed in all morning, when I could have started deliverying my C5 books!!!!!!!!!!

I got my first order today....for £5! woohoo! not much but it's a start. I took a book into work today which a colleague has taken home to look at, there are plenty of other people in the office who I can speak to as well.

I dont have much of a territory at the moment, and I'm still waiting for my ASM to email me all the addresses so I cant put any books out tonight. Oh well, theres still plenty of time for things to get moving.

You have to start from somewhere! All those little orders will soon add up, and give you a large customer base too. Have you got all your books ready to be delivered? :D

Hi Lozza, I have 40 books to give out from C5 plus a couple from C4 I got in the post (I'm guessing I can still use them?) after dinner tonight I'm going to get the books prepared then start getting them out tomorrow as I finish work early on a Friday.

Whilst I'm waiting for the addresses from the ASM I'll give a few books out to local businesses and my friends/colleagues. I really hope I can make the MOV, it all seems a bit daunting!

You'll be there in no time! I thought it seemed a lot to get - but I got £310 of orders, about half from family/work and the other half from my houses. Yes, you can still use C4 books - when you are entering you orders on the website just make sure you select C4 for those products instead of C5 (it will be obvious when you start typing in your orders).

I live near Burton, and the lady lives in Loughborogh (sp?) - not that she's ever said but we worked it out from her area code!
