Hi, you can type one long order in. i tend to do one at a time then save after each one so i know where i'm at. And yep, it'll work out all of your freebies/offers etc for you no matter how you order xx

  • hi another question, when you are placing your order, what is the difference between items and unit?

I have about 20 more units than items? Sorry to sound thick

An item is each product code, but the units are the total number of products ordered (e.g you could have ordered 5 different products so 5 items but you ordered 3 of one product so total units would be 7) Hope that makes sense xx

Shelle Im a rep and ordered stuff through the customer site the other day as it was cheaper for me (a list account loyalty points!) and also got some items that were showing as out of stock for my customers so as not to disapoint them but then the items turned up in my rep order! I dont need 2 spare kaftans in a size 16-22 that cost me £4 each specially when im only a 10 so will be sending them back using the "other" reason probably! So even us reps do it! lol :o

OOOhhhhh Johanne - If you havent sent the Kaftans back - Can I have one - Happy to pay plus postage as I have a customer who wanted one but they are out of stock !!!

    Thanks

  • Don't forget though that you have to order the correct number of free gifts, as they won't be sent automatically. The good thing, though is that you can amalgamate your orders.

For instance in C5 where it is 'spend £15 and get a free handbag' you can add up your total make up spend and divide it my 15 to see how many bags you are entitled to. If 3 customers each spend £5 they aren't entitled to a bag, but YOU are :D If in doubt, order 1 more than you think you are entitled to......they'll only send you the correct number, but it allows for any mis-calculation on your part :p

Also, it can sometimes be worth back/forward ordering at a slightly higher price to get a 'freebie'. One of my customers had ordered the Crows Feet Corrector at £15, but by buying it from the later book for £20 I got the bonus bag. That contains, amongst other things, a full size Thermafirm which someone has bought recently, so I'll be able to return it and get around £11 back. The remaining items will do as draw prizes or mystery gifts. Look out for the gift sets too - they may contain items which are often ordered like SuperFull Mascara, and you'll pay little more than the value of the mascara so anything else you sell from it is a bonus ;)

Happy to help... will Pm you in a min! (and the other person who asked)

Saves me sending them back to the customer site.

No one needs the "wrapped in cashmere" pencils in "cozy brown" or "soft green" do they? :rotfl:

Ooo those are great ideas :D I'm really hoping I can work it so that I can get a free bag!!!! :p My OH reckons I won't be able to as everyone will probably spend the £15 to get the bag and not a penny over - but I've got my fingers crossed!

well, i managed to get the free bag in C5 so keep your fingers crossed! I don't understand it myself i'd prob order £15 to get the bag but i'm not complaining hehe.

hoping someone could tell me what sort of things you get in the sample pack? the one for £20 in HT. I am thinking of buying one.
  • I got 3 free bags the last time they did it so you might be surprised :D
