Be aware that if you call them and add anything to your orders etc they do not qualify for any internet incentives. even if they are added and not additional.

You would have had some with your first order too.
they have customer slips with them usually.
Always best to keep things like that just in case, you can use one from any order as long as it has your account number on it.

Can someone help me?

I have added 2 lots of credits to my C1 order, printed my returns forms but it hasn't reduced my balance. I have reduced my payment accordingly for C18.

Once I submit the C1 order tomorrow, will the credits show then or have I done something wrong??

It took a few days for my credits to come off the account balance, by which time I'd paid the full balance of my C18 just in case it held up my C1 order - sods law, the credits happened the same day as my payment but at least my next payment will be less!!

Just looking for some advice. First time I've ever wanted to order a money maker product, the Anew crows feet corrector. Now do I order 3 & they automatically send me a free one, or do I put 4 on my order & only 3 are billed for?

Just done a rough tot up of my order - I haven't had time to canvass the whole of my old territory, let alone the whole of my new one this time, so didn't expect to even make the commission level. I'm up to approx £107 & that's not including anything I might decide I want in the next hour

Hi everyone

Well I've just checked my order that arrived today. They have run out of Perfect Wear Extralasting eyeshadow in Steel so have sent In a blink in onyx but I ordered two and they have only sent 1 replacement. So I'm just checking that I do need to ring them.

Im all confused. Not hard I know. Lol

i emailed them about a bodyspray and sample missing from my order, i had an email saying they were sorry and the items would be sent out and now my account shows "immediate replacement" order and the blank invoice BUT how will they have sent them does anyone have any idea? Just i know aerosols cant be sent by royal mail. Am i going to have to look out for a courier with one £1.75 bodyspray and a foundation sample? :rotfl: :rotfl:
