Hope someone can help me with this please.

I returned items last campaign but on my invoice last week they were asking for me to send the items. Is there somewhere in "my account" I can check if Avon have received my returns? I've looked everywhere but might be missing it. I don't want to be recharged but can't face dealing with the people at the call centre after a 20 minute wait, only to find out they have the goods anyway. I tried phoning area person on Thursday but still not heard back from her. Sorry to ramble, hope this makes sense!

If you look under credits, then click on invoice they should be there.

I think I'm being really dense but when I check the invoice, how do I know that they have received the goods? When I look on the invoice in credits, it doesn't seem to tell me that, only lets me pick items to request credits.

Sorry, try order tracking and see what the returns form says..
if the balance hasn't changed i'm afraid you may have to call them.
How did you do credits?
how did you return them?
Did you retain the proof?

I requested credit online, then used the returns book. The driver signed my copy, so have that as proof. When I check the returns form it only gives the option to print, probably because I used the book rather than online. The online return form wasn't available when I initially requested credit which is why I used the book. 'spose I'll have to phone them...

They look nice from the pic... BUT as you say there will be lots of waste.. and what about the charging aspect?

At present you get 2 packs for free then 15p for all the additional packs, i have been ordering the 2 free packs everytime so i know i have spares, but to be honest I am still probably only on my 3rd pack or so as ive been able to re-use them. If they are campaign specific surely im going to have to start paying for them as i have 300+ houses to cover so therefore would need an order form for each house "in case" they all want to order (i should be so lucky :rolleyes: :rotfl: :rotfl: )

I dont even like the new blue forms to comply with the new laws... because id just got nice labels that fitted perfectly the "special message from your rep" box with all my details on to save me having to write them out again and again :rolleyes: :rotfl:

Really hope someone can help me, I've stuck my credits online the other day but forgot to print form of. Is there somewhere I can go to print this now or have I got to write it all out by hand?? Also in the book it says something about barcode sent with orders??? Whats this and where do I find it.

Hi, if you go to order tracking then the credits form will be on invoice page to print out.
The barcode is on the return slips that you are sent with an order, you only need the last 4 digits, this slip has to be placed on the outside of the parcel/package.
