Welcome smellybeci. :hello:
Well I delivered 80 books to my new roads today and still got some of it left to canvess. Collect those 80 on Thursday, redeliver to whats left on Fri and pick up Mon.
Got my delivery coming tomo so want to get it all delivered by Sat so after Mon I can concentrate on xmas. :snow_laug Then will just need to chase f&f in between xmas and new year.
Whats this about new order forms (Havent they just changed them?) have i missed something?0 -
Evening all, my c1 order arrived today including the £50 pack and was singularly unimpressed! I have worked out the cost of the bits in it I am likely to sell...that comes to £10 ish!! Am going to send it back and just order those items next time!
I ordered one of those two way cushions from HT which also arrived and its lovely, have sent my mum away with it to try it out for a while. When its in the cylinder shape its just like a cushtie (which I have just paid £10 for as my BF wanted one for xmas and lilac was a bit girlie!!) but then with the Avon one you can turn it into the u shape aswell.
Am going to formulate my new year battle plan for covering my territory starting in January with c2/3. Can anyone post a link of the new order forms? If we have to change again I just hope the space for customer details is back at the top so its easy to see if you have an order or not!!Debt free = December 2010...as of March 2006 it is now January 2010..... as of December 2008 it is now December 2009 :j hopefully sooner!!:jDEBT FREE:j January 2012, took longer but I got there, all by myself, through sheer hard work and pride!0 -
Hi Guys,
I was wondering if any of you lovely people could help me out as I'm losing the plot what with work, christmas and everything else! I should have returned some products when I got my last delivery but couldn't find my returns book so I emailled Avon explaining that I couldn't find my book and could they please send me one and arrange an alternative collection, got an email back saying they will collect the stuff when they deliver my next order but they didn't say anything about a returns book. My next order is due to go in on Friday so I'm worried that if I just place an aditional order for the returns book it will just get put in the next delivery which I'm not even going to be at home to sort out. Basically - what I want is advice - what would you do?
ThanksJust because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you.:p

Can you just print it off when you place your order online ?0

Hi Sparkly! If you are registered online, then you can do your returns on the website which is much simpler than messing about with returns books. Just go into 'my orders' and click on the returns option. When you've entered the items to return you can print out the returns form (2 copies) and pack up the stuff to go back when the driver delivers your next order. One copy of the form goes into the parcel and the other is for the driver to sign.
Might be a bit more difficult if you're not going to be home, but I'm sure someone else can offer advice in that case.'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum
