Avon Hints and Tips (Part 2)

had my c17 delivered today, only 2 items charged for and missing this time.
I ordered some paper bags and carrier bags as Im running low and they have beautiful christmas written on them! It is nice, but no way am I going to get through all those bags over christmas time! I wish they'd have said then I wouldn't have ordered so many!

I am however impressed with their bras! I never used to like avon bras but I thought i'd try them again so ordered 2 for myself. Being a bigger lady finding a comfy bra is tricky. I have to say I am impressed with avon bras, they fit lovely!! So I can recommend their new bigger range!

I had that problem too with the ones in my starter pack and some i ordered last time... :rolleyes: So i'll still have it all over my bags in like June at this rate as most of my orders need carrier bags instead at the moment due to size/weight/quantity.

I'm not too fussed about the Xmas writing, TBH... It's not in the biggest writing and I doubt anyone will notice, and if they do, I don't think they'll care.

But then again, I use Xmas postage stamps right through the year too. Maybe it's just that I have no shame :rotfl:

Kerrie - thanks for the message on my wall (facebook)! Very sweet!

My husband is right this minute making me breakfast in bed, he took today and yesterday off work to spoil me! I am very lucky.

I collected brochures in yesterday from the road that I did those special brochures in and I got 3 new customers from the folded over brochures! It doesn't guarantee it works, but you never know! I think I will try it again when I recanvass all my territory again next year.

This is more a "think out loud" post... but opinions are welcome...

ASM has just dropped spare C18's only - shes short of the C1's apparently. So im thinking of running next campaigns like this:

Original Territory is split into 2 sections lets say "Roads A" and "Roads B" and are split over current + backordering.

But I was also given new territory yesterday..... so to get through the 2 week campaigns and to join current A+B roads onto same campaign and make my new territory the backordering roads ive come up with a plan.

Operation AVON plan of action is:

Roads A
See Campaign 1 - Delivered 16th Dec
See Campaign 2 - Delivered 7th Jan
See Campaign 4 - Delivered 4th Feb
See Campaign 5 - delivery tbc

Roads B
See Campaign 18 - Delivered 16th Dec
See Campaign 2 - Delivered 7th Jan
See Campaign 3 - Delivered 4th Feb
See Campaign 5 - delivery tbc

New Territory
See Mix of Campaign 18 & 1 (whatever i have) - Delivered 16th Dec
See Campaign 3 - Delivered wednesday 21st Jan
See campaign 4 - delivery tbc


Thats all very confusing i know but i now have 300+ houses i reckon in my territory so covering them all with every campaign would be... well .....:eek: :eek: :eek:

Have to agree with you about the Avon bras.

I normally only buy M&S bras as I find they are the best fit for me but Im sick to death of not finding any of my 36dd sizes on the shelves.

Only have one avon bra but I must agree it fits perfect, is very comfortable and a fraction of what I pay at M&S so might try some other styles.

I mentioned the bras at an area meeting and our DSM said the same company make Avon's and M&S's. No idea if it's true, but every customer who's bought a bra off me has mentioned how much they like them - and bought more Have to say, I've ordered some out of C17 while the knicks are free and I really hope they turn up - they're one of those 'while stocks last' jobbies

One of our customers buys 2 bras every book, i find that rather strange , cant beleive you go through them that quick ladies:o

Personally I have about 30 bras or something stupid, but there all diffent styles, designed for different outfits and dresses e.t.c but if she buys two of the same everytime thats a bit weird hehe x
