Heard on the grapevine from next year if you underperform they are going to take streets off you, anyone else heard this ?

I'd like to see them define what 'underperform' means.. I'd also like to see them send someone else in to cover my territory - my customers seem to demonstrate loyalty to the point of lunacy :D

Ignore it Deanos. It's probably some ASM/DSm got a hair in their a!se about something. They seem to spout this stuff out when they're in danger of missing their bonuses. They simply couldn't do it. If they do, it won't be folks like you and I - it'll be the ones like the lady on my street with a 240 house territory who orders 5 brochures and has an average order value of £34

Sorry, that was a typo, her average order value is £24.
  • hey all

A wee update............. put my 2nd campaign order in tonight £463 :j Sold all 6 of my bond girl money savers was glad about that. After canvasing my area i got 4 new customers which is 3 more than last time, previous campaign was made up of all family and friends. Biggest order from 1 customer this camp was £112 whowzer!!!:D I thought that was great and it was the same lady that order last campaign so hope she is gonna become a good regular customer. Still got a couple of new streets to canvas next campaign but happy with my 5 new customers ive got from my area so far.

Had a wee problem last week with Avon trying to charge me twice for my last campaign order  sods that they are !!! But its all sorted now.

So all in all am a happy bunny, Hope everyone else is doing ok;)

    De:p :p
  • :rotfl: just had an email from my ASM saying:

Why not hold a coffee morning on the 24th December, get all your customers round to collect their order and sell direct to them, it will also save you time delivering their order.

Well I don't know about you love, but I've got better things to do on Christmas Eve!!! :snow_laug

  • Hi, i am a newbie here, just ordering my second campaign, but i realised i haven't enough books to go round (camp 1). If i order more, do i have to pay the £4 whatever for the fist 3 packs? I will be ordering camp 2 books at the same time.
Also one of my customers is after some plaent spa white tea eye pads - any idea where i might get some - i googled them, and can get them from america - i aim to please but am not willing to go that far!
    Thanks
  • I think I'd email ASM back and ask for her address so you can send your stock and customers round to her to take care of for you, seeing as she's not doing much on Christmas eve!

Is she for real or what?

My C1 delivery was supposed to be 23rd Dec but I'm not doing it til new year....better things to do than trying to deliver on Xmas eve lol

Try asking for them on the Wanted section of the Avon website.. that normally gets some results ;)

Hehehe I'm lucky, my ASM is from the 'no bullpoo' school. I had a big old rant about mailplan 'O' ordering on Xmas day and apparently the dictaphone recording has now entered the realms of Northampton folklore :o

    Fee, welcome

If you let us know roughly where you are, one of us might be close enough to spare some brochures? But, as Ironed Out says, your upline SL/ASM should be able to help.

Regards discontinued items, most of the time the effort means as much to the customer as the product itself. Try wanted, then if not explain that the USA was all you could come up with and give her the web links. It won't hurt your custom and you'll only go up in her estimation.
