Oh right, strange. They're so rubbish sometimes. And it is the hardest thing in the world trying to get things sorted. Took me about 4 weeks to get a free gift credited, they charged me £18 for it :rotfl:

Hi de - There should be a leaflet all about the starter kit in the pack your sales leader gave you, if you manage to find it, you will see the code on there which you will need to order it. In my starter kit a few campaigns ago I got a full bottle of U by Ungaro for women perfume, a full glazewear lipstick, a pack of orders forms, a big bunch of samples and a bag, well worth £10, split over 2 campaigns!

Hi, I would say you are on mailplan C as one of my reps has her c17 order deadline today and she is mailplan B.

So you have been doing avon for a year but this forum has helped you get your biggest total so far? I would love to know what has helped you most as I might be missing out - always love to increase the sales!

The starter pack leaflets are not in the new sign up packs but i think you can still order it...

my c17 order has to be in tomorrow at 10pm and im on mailplan C

I have ordered my starter pack for £10 but its showing as a yellow "low stock" thing so im hoping i get it!

Oooh didn't know you got the Ungaro in the starter pack now, used to be Christian Lacroix, must make a note of that to tell new reps!

I ordered the starter kit and was told by my ASM that there was a fullsize perfume (she thought Christian Lacroix Rouge), a fullsize lippy and some samples. I was going to buy the U by Ungaro but thought i'd wait a couple of campaigns so I was well impressed to find it in my starter kit :j a £22 bottle of perfume for a tenner (plus all the other goodies (samples, order forms and a set of medium bags))

Also you buy it in the current campaign and pay half over the NEXT 2 - so nothing to pay this campaign for it :j

I'm lovin' this forum, loads of hints and tips even though i'm currently only selling to Family and Friends - Thanks guys and girls :T

I have just started as a SL in the last campagne and have 2 reps put in orders (16) and 4 more signing up this campagne (17) but don't know anything about the fast track bonus could some one please tell me about them and what ones I might get Thanks everyone

Thanks for the info about this by the looks of it I should get both of them I also have an increadibly Lovely and Generous SL who is paying for my sales leader pack and first years membership to flissys
How lucky am I ?

My SL is taking me out today to sign up one of them its half an hour away she is such a star and so helpful to me

Well we went over half hour drive from mine and even longer for my SL (who doesn't even live in the same area code) and the girl wasn't there !! we where not impressed and she still hasn't rung me to rearange :mad:

Just totaled up my last order at over £550 and already have over £50 order and no ones seen a new book yet ! My spend over £25 and recieve a free gift is going really well had to buy ten gifts this time out of 29 customers ! and will hopefully have new territory as signed hubby up as rep lol (needed another team member)

I need some help please. My asm has just left me in the lurch. She was meant to be coming over this morning to register me online n show me how to put orders through but something has come up. The last time she came she very briefly covered what i needed to do but didnt tell me everything. I've managed to register myself n i've just had a look on the site. I've gone to place an order and chosen c17 and regular order. I've started entering my orders for c17 but have quite a few for c16 too. I've just saved order (hopefully worked) but now i'm stuck. I've got a load of back orders to place n how do i know the prices are correct. Also what about free gifts do i put codes in as normal? sorry if i seem a bit thick about this, its probably really easy to do, but i'm panicing now cuz order has to be placed by tomoro night. Can someone anyone please write a dummies guide to placing an order from start to finish.
also how do i sort out paying? Do i pay when i've placed order or when i've collected money?
Any help and advice welcomed and much appreciated:o
