well just submitted my first order.. figured it out at the last min! (ASM hasnt shown me how to order etc:confused: )

Just hope it all works out ok. Now to go plan my C18 newsletter and sort my books out, going to put my C17 books back out this week to the other half of my territory, as still got about 100+ houses i havent covered so far this campaign! Figured sooner i get them out the better!

Does anyone know where i can get them tiny lip balm type pots cheap? I have ordered the demo product of the bond girl body lotion and i wanted to give my 2 customers who ordered the perfume this brochure a little sample of it to use....hoping they will order that and the shower gel in C1

I have ordered samples of the bond girl and U for her to give out as a tiny thank you to my customers who ordered this time.. at 6p a sample i didnt mind hoping to really encourage more sales of the bond girl thanks to the TV coverage and with the film coming out. :)

If you know any other local reps and they've sold the item in the last 90 days, you could ask them to return it for you? It's a little cheeky I know, but most people would hep you out.

A rep in my area was in danger of going to debt, she had accumulated loads of excess stock but hadn't returned any of it, to be honest I'm not sure she's that bright. Anyway, I know it was her own fault but I did feel bad for her and her little one, so I returned tons for her on my account and Dave's if we'd sold it inside the 90 days, once it had been received at Avon I sorted out the money for her (I insisted on getting her giro slip off her and paying it into her Avon account myself). The remaining stuff I sold off for her at pub parties - it was bargain basement prices, but a little money was better than none for her. Anyway, I got her account back to scratch for her, and she's repping again. No benefit to me in all of this, but it felt good to be able to help her.

Anyways, that's a pretty extreme example, but it's just a thought. Not sure what the official line on it would be, (my ASM told me don't tell her and she won't ask), but the way I see it, Avon don't get ripped off, the ASM doesn't lose a rep, and the rep doesn't lose their income.

Wow!! That does go beyond the call of duty!! Thats a really nice thing to do for one of your reps. Well done. :T

She's not actually one of my reps, just another rep who lives in my area. Ironically enough I met her when I was door-knocking for new reps!

I used to be the equivalent of a sales leader for Ann Summers, and I've seen people go to debt all too easily - returns not done, money borrowed, followed by panicking and head-burying. Most people who go to debt have no intention of 'stealing' the money, it just gets on top of them. It made me sad because the little bit of extra cash obviously meant a lot to her.

Anyway, she's sorted now! It wasn't much work for me, but it meant a lot to her. Plus it helped my ASM out and helped me to repay a little of the help she's given me over the last few months. It's nice when you can do something simple and make a big difference to someone :)

All those placing first orders, hope they were okay. I think it's pretty awful that your upline hasn't given you the help and support you deserve - after all, that's what they get paid to do! And congratulations to all those with big fat orders - I hope to be joining you in C17 very soon! :D Oh, and all those enjoying SL statements - I'm a little disappointed with mine, but fifty squid is fifty squid and I'll be onto bigger and brighter soon, I'm sure we all will! :)

Today I took delivery of some little pens of the kind you get in Argos and betting shops. I'm going to put stickers on them with my details and pop them in the bags with the books. I've no idea whether they'll make a difference but I figured that it's a cheap idea and it won't hurt, will it?

Anyhoo, I'm just finishing sorting my returns ready for delivery tomorrow. According to the internet I'm due 26 boxes and OH 12  I do hope that's something to do with C17s only coming in boxes of 20. I only live in a tiny bungalow!!!

Hope everyone's doing well, anyway. I haven't been on here as much as I'd like, but I'm rushed off my feet. Oh, and I've made the crazy decision that I'm definitely going to be advanced by the end of C18, which makes me mental and means that I've got to work harder still, but I'm determined to do it!
  • well, bit disappointed, as all the streets in my own village have been taken over the weekend ( huge up take in Newington it seems! ) but I have taken on the commercial parts instead ( consists of a Chinese and Indian Takeway, 3 pubs, a Newsagents, Train Station, Hair dressers and two accountants ) picking them all up Tuesday, and then Ive got three of my clients with books ( from my dog walking ) also have just asked about a few of the villages that I go to three - four times per week for my business...so fingers crossed xx

The starter pack leaflets are not in the new sign up packs but i think you can still order it...

That's weird coz I have signed up about 10 people recently with the new packs and all of them had the leaflet in it because I mention the starter kit in my T1 appointments - strange!

  • Can someone tell me the code and price for the SL pack, I think I'll put it in my next order, or should my ASM give me it when we do our training day?

Got chased away from a door last night by a crazy drunk lady, screaming at me!!! Mind you, her door looked like it had been kicked in, so probably should jsut have left hers...
  • Vicki the SL pack code is:89441 and it is £25.
And none of our last few sign up packs have had the leaflet in.

I have just started as a SL in the last campagne and have 2 reps put in orders (16) and 4 more signing up this campagne (17) but don't know anything about the fast track bonus could some one please tell me about them and what ones I might get Thanks everyone

If you signup 2 people in your first 2 campaigns as a sales leader and they place orders over mov you get £30, if you signup a further 3 people within 3 campaigns as a sales leader and you send off your sales leader agreement you get a further £50. Please someone correct me if that's wrong.

I need some help please. My asm has just left me in the lurch. She was meant to be coming over this morning to register me online n show me how to put orders through but something has come up. The last time she came she very briefly covered what i needed to do but didnt tell me everything. I've managed to register myself n i've just had a look on the site. I've gone to place an order and chosen c17 and regular order. I've started entering my orders for c17 but have quite a few for c16 too. I've just saved order (hopefully worked) but now i'm stuck. I've got a load of back orders to place n how do i know the prices are correct. Also what about free gifts do i put codes in as normal? sorry if i seem a bit thick about this, its probably really easy to do, but i'm panicing now cuz order has to be placed by tomoro night. Can someone anyone please write a dummies guide to placing an order from start to finish.
also how do i sort out paying? Do i pay when i've placed order or when i've collected money?
Any help and advice welcomed and much appreciated:o

Don't forget that the brochures are in packs of 5, so if you want 20 brochures, put 4 in the box, not 20, or you will get 20 packs of 5!

You have to pay for your order by your next campaign, so you essentially have 3 weeks to pay. There are 4 ways to pay: Debit card online, debit or credit card over the phone, send a cheque through the post, and pay via giro in the post office (50p charge). You don't pay avon until you have collected all the money from your customers, you use that money to pay avon and keep the difference for yourself.

    Starter kit is 69401
just noticed you can order only 1 per campaign no wonder so many bags are on ebay lol

No I am afraid you can order 1 per campaign, it is limited to 1 per representative and you have to order it within your first 2 campaigns as a rep.
