Thanks for your help. I didnt get a leaflet in my starter kit :rotfl: in fact I dont even think my SL gave me a starter kit it was a bit of a rush job when she came to see me, she was a wee bitty flustered. bless lol.

Anyway I would love to get a starter pack sounds great, does anyone have the code or will I need to get it from my SL??

Where you enter the code theres a little drop down box that you can select the current or previous campaign. Once you've entered all your order codes scroll down and enter the number of customers in the box and save it, then view it then at the bottom theres a button to view subtotal - you can check all the prices there. Hope that helps.


My Avon order has just arrived which is great, what's not so great is I've only been sent an invoice for one box, although there was someone else's invoice in another box with my stuff :rolleyes: Anyway, there's a few things missing - my bond girl bonus bag from HT, some things that were instock in the clearance section and I'm pretty sure they've sent me the wrong sss bath oil (although I'm going to double check that as I may have entered the code wrong). Bah, and I was looking forward to a nice relaxing day making christmas cakes, marmalade and putting together some hampers ( I work harder in the school holidays than I do at work! :rotfl:)

just noticed you can order only 1 per campaign no wonder so many bags are on ebay lol

Be careful - in their C15 orders half of mine got Ungaro, half got Bond Girl. Best just to say 'full-sized perfume' and leave it at that.

I submitted my normal order on Tuesday and an additional order on Wednesday. My additional order has gone through and i can view the invoice but my normal order hasnt? Do you think there is a problem?

Id like your opinions on what you would do in this situation:

I have 2 customers who when ive knocked to collect books have said they will put them through my door and they havent... my order goes in tonight.

Customer A Lives directly opposite me, didnt put the book out, didnt answer door, put through a slip, called back when i said would, didnt leave it out again, didnt answer door, called back next night knowing they were in they finally answered and said they wanted to order but hadnt filled it in so i they said theyd pop it through my door.... no received anything... knocked again other night and got ignored again - was obvious they were in.

Customer B lives next street, dropped a book, went to collect on friday was told she'd took book into work so i said id call back tue.. i called back tue and they said it was still in work but they would drop it in last night not recieved anything...

Is it worth chasing these do you think?

Part of me wants to for the possible orders but also think if theyve had 2 weeks to look at books and numerous reminders and still not done anything then maybe they just dont want anything? AND would i be chasing payment way im chasing the order?

Thanx Sparkly, thats what i thought but wasnt sure, just dont wanna mess up my first order. Gonna have a proper look at it tonight when little un is in bed.

Hey Nickynoo08

Have you actually submitted the order??? if you have only just saved the items you have entered you can go back in and add to the order and when you do this you can enter all of your back orders from Camp 16, as there is a wee drop down menu at the left hand side where you enter the product code this gives you the option of choosing camp 16 or 17 just choose 16 and it will automatically order from that campaign and charge you the camp 16 prices.

Your free gifts just go on as normal. As far as im aware you get 10days to pay your account after your order is recieved (Correct me if im wrong anyone).

I wasn't shown how to use the site either but I just messed arround with it till I figured it out, it isnt rocket science but it took me a wee while to figure it out.

Im new to this aswell and it takes a wee bit of getting use to, so dont be embarassed or frightened to ask the girls and guys are great on here really helpful.

I would personally leave it as long as you told them when the order as to be in.
They have had long enough to sort it, and you can't afford to put all this effort into a couple of possible customers.
If they bring an order to you after just give them the next delivery date.

Thanks for the code, that might explain my earlier query then when I was asking how they were managing to sell it so cheap on ebay
