Order came not long after I made my earlier post!! Sorted through the numerous boxes and found that something was missing. Having never had this happen before (2nd delivery) wasn't sure how to deal with it. I've rung Avon and they have re-ordered it for me but I won't get it until my next delivery...is this normal? I would have expected that they would send one in the post to me bearing in mind in is a In a Blink eyeshadow so only small but the lady in India was adamant this was the best she could do...

Call them back and tell them it can't wait that long Bramalfie! They can send them out earleir, provided that the item isn't out of stock. It still takes about a week, but they will do an immediate replacement if you ask them to, they just don't offer it.

Thanks Silver, that is what I thought should happen and I did ask but was told no!! (I won't make any comments about Indian call centres... :mad: )

Well I've had a rubbish order this time, but I've had a request to order an eye make-up remover for waterproof mascara, does anyone know which one that is, I can't see one that says?Thanks

They didnt offer it to me and I realised and rang them back up within seconds of hanging up, and the woment I spoke to did not understand english. I kept saying I need this as soon as possible and she kept saying I dont understand, you will receive it with your next invocie and I kept saying thats no good. She was like a robot always repeating next invocie, next invocie and I got really really angry and slammed the phone down hahaha

That was pretty much how it went for me too!!! I'll call them back in the morning and see if I can get any further!!

I've delivered a few of my orders tonight, everyone I tried was in and had the money which was great. I'd been planning to stick a note through doors reminding them of how much etc but never quite got round to it!!! Still got a few more to do and some to take into work tomorrow....

I've got my delivery over a week ago and still have 2 orders to hand out cos they're never home/don't answer the door :mad:
