No i dont, what is a mail plan? Im new to it, this is my 2nd campaign, but i have won both prizes on the MOV each campaign:T

I normally claim for returns when I send my next order off on line......will this be ok or do you mean I should do returns now and then send my order as normal next week?

I place my orders on a Monday, so I always do my returns by Friday so that my balance updates properly in order to double check that I have completely paid off the remaining balance. I do know people who do returns the 'old' way (ie at the same time as they place their order) but I've heard of too many people having their orders held for 1p balances to risk it.

Re Janelle 'days of the week' earrings.........I rang last week and was told that I wouldn't get them with this order (they were due last) as they were sold out. Told my customer she wouldn't get them, and guess what - got my order today and there are the Janelle earrings

Also, don't take too much notice of the stock indicators as mine showed the White Choc Latte bubble bath as out of stock, but that arrived too

Just wanted to say hi to everyone,:hello: as I am new to the forum and new to doing Avon. Just started this week and Ive already got £250 in orders so far and thats without canvasing any doors yet, so doing not too badly. Am I correct in thinking that I will have to pay anything above £200 upfront on my first order??? Any advice would be appreciated. Also I noticed that some sellers on ebay are managing to sell the Ungaro Perfume 50ml with the gift set for £13.00 delivered.................how on earth are they managing to do that???? any ideas:rolleyes:

Nor do I know how the person selling it for £25.99 expects to sell it when its £22 in the avon brochure!!

Madmentaldede - I think the limit is different for everyone, i'd heard £200 too (this is my first campaign) so before I placed my order on Monday (which was for £260+) I text my ASM to ask what my credit limit was and she replied with £500. I think the only thing you can do is contact your ASM or SL and ask them.
