I got my delivery today, with a box missing! I'm now off to the depot to pick it up because it was delvered late to them!Means I dont need to wait in for more deliveries and can deliver as planed later today. I had returns to return but since I never saw the delivery driver, willtake them too! Anyone else go to the depots?

I have been once, to the one round the corner from the Corby factory with my ASM.
There wasn't a lot to see, but they took the returns happily, found the parcels we wanted (and one of my reps got hers three days early because of it), and they can often give you extra brochures too if they have any spare, although technically they're only for ASMs. They're much more friendly and helpful than I expected!

The reps call centre is abysmal now, isn't it? My team have been emailing instead of phoning, the emails do seem to be getting dealt with quickly at the moment.

i pick mine up from the depot most months, i get a delivery on a thursday but i work so i pop up to get it on a friday afternoon. ive never seen so many avon boxes!!! its amazing

Hi wonder if anyone can help on my c15 order i ordered a couple of items that didnt turn up but on my invoice it states............

Im a tad confused does this mean that they will automatically send it on my next order as its not ouuta stock????

It says what it says really. It will usually come with your next order, but obviously that depends on when they get them back in stock! They don't send them out when they come back in, they send them with your next order.

Both items were out of stock, even if they aren't now - the Janelle earrings in particular, I know that between my team alone are waiting for sixteen sets as they were out of stock when we ordered.

My ASM just called round.. very impressed with my £190 worth sales (would have been £196 but ive backordered to bag myself extra commission ) with orders still to come....

She has just left me another box of C17 brochures too.... which means thats about 56 shes given me so far! And shes also left me a box of 40 C18 brochures and said if she gets anymore spare she'll drop them in....:D

Had a look through C18 and i'm a bit disapointed in it - doesnt seem to be anything jumping out as a great offer or anything

Oh and shes offered me more roads too if i ever want them..! Even though i already have 2 roads and 1 housing estate totalling 150+ houses... have a feeling AVON is gonna take over my life... :rotfl: :rotfl:

Great stuff, keep up the good work and it will pay off.
If you could manage the extra streets i would take it now otherwise someone else will do it and you will miss out.
t all depends on how much you want to do.

And yes it does take over your life especially at the beginning because you have so much to do but once you get into a routine it gets easier... in theory anyway lol.

Check online on your order delivery dates, or on a previous invocie is you own one. Do you know which mailplan you're in?
