  • HI, just a quick question to clarify something if anyone can help.

Which campaigns can the Sale books be used in? For example, I have Sale book 16. Can I order from this with campaign 16 &17 or 15 & 16? I'm confused!

    Thanks
You can order from it in C16 & C17. It will say n the back of each sale brochure when you can use them :)

Sale books, standard brochures and hello tomorrow's are all the same, you back order one campaign. So for sale book 16 you can order from it in c16 and c17.

Your order and delivery dates should be as follows:
    c17 11th Nov > 17th Nov
    c18 2nd Dec > 8th Dec
c1 23rd Dec > delivery sometime after christmas

I think you are on mailplan K.

It's just been confirmed by my sales leader that I've been assigned 4 local streets as well as my 'friends & family' sales.

Can anyone offer any advice on how to organise myself and monitor orders, book drop offs etc. I only normally sell to about 15 people so it's a big step.

There's about 121 houses so do I need to order 1 book per house or not?

Do any of you more experienced Avon reps have a standard form that you included with details about ordering and payment (I expect cash on delivery is the norm).

I would be grateful for any advice you can offer either by PM or answers to this message.

    Regards

  • Just a quick message to say my order came yesterday and that, against all the odds it was all present and correct! I was shocked and stunned hehe! Delivered my first few orders today, so far so good!

    Hi all!

    Kerrie, I have PM'd you.

Brednall, dig out your calling book! Work out how many houses you have, and how long you're likely to leave the books (I only leave mine about 3 days), and then how much time you have to drop and collect, then work out how many people you can get round in your three week campaign. This should give you an idea of how many books to order. Don't forget that after your first 15 books, you only pay 48p per pack of five books.Put a sticker on the book or bag asking people to mark if they'd like to see a book, how often, when is best to call etc. Then, mark them off in your calling book. Chances are by your second campaign doing the territory you will have weeded out a lot of the people you don't need to bother with; then you can reduce the number of books you need, or ask for extra territory.

Bramalfie, fingers crossed for your delivery! Somerset princess, good for you! It's sods law, if you are prepared for a nightmare delivery it never happens. If you don't have much time, or you have a stroppy customer, that is when your delivery gets messed up!
  • Well Im a little miffed.

Did rather well in campaign 16 (for me anyway) and got over £200 pounds worth of orders.

Having delivered all the products and got in the money.........one of my customers who had put in an order for £40 decided she wanted to send the majority of it back meaning I got £6 off her instead of the £40 expected.

This wiped out my commision this time and although I know Ill get refunded for it with the next order it seems like I have done a campaign for nothing.

Hey ho.........at least I know Ill be in for an extra good commission next time.

Do any of you lot with hold sending money off to Avon in this situation or do you send the full amount shown on the statement?
    Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £60

Yeah I don't send the money for stuff I'm returning. I'm not giving Avon a free loan!

I put the returns through online, that updates your balance pretty quickly, then I pay the updated balance and send the returns when I get my next delivery.

Then I bang my head against the wall and fax a copy of my returns note when they decide to recharge half the items even though they were all in the same box together lol.
