hey ive just moved house to dartford and phoned up avon to tell them this.. i also asked if they could get me in contact with the asm but as of yet i have had nothing,,, can anyone help?
i am continuing to use my old territory in bromley as it is a really good one.. but id like to be delivering some catalogues nearer to my home... our next door neighbour said that there is a rep around here.. so i dont want to deliver any randomly incase i step on her toes... im in the temple hill area of dartford... please someone must know the number or email of the asm here!

How right you are! Every time I seem to think 'aaargh! It's terrible this time', but I've never yet failed to reach the 25% commission level.

This time last year, I was worried about January, but have a look at these figures taken from my records.

Average per campaign over 1 year = £233

C1 (Dec 07) = £241
C2 (Jan 08) = £325
C3 (Jan 08) = £186
C4 (Feb 08) = £216

So has that stopped me from worrying this year............you bet it hasn't! :rotfl:

I had a lead so i contacted ASM for that area and got territory.
The lead fell through, can i go and brochure drop looking for another rep in the streets that she gave me?

Argh....nerves are really here now, am having a what to wear crisis, a house crisis, make up crisis......1 hour to go!!

Yes, you can, and do! Because otherwise that's what the ASM will do when she finds the lead fell through.

If you ask your ASM they should give you a map of 'free' territory to target door knocking as well. It can be a good way of recruiting!

Also, I personally find it better to door knock, popping a leaflet through if there's no answer, then do the brochure drop a few days later to reinforce what they're missing out on!

Look, Tigerlily, from the horror stories I have heard from my ASM, yours will just be grateful if you're wearing clothes and can string a sentence together!
Seriously, though, she's going to be more interested in how enthusiastic you are and what you've got to say than what you're wearing. Not that you think that way at the time. When I signed up we got through the pack and my ASM asked if I had any questions. I asked her 'I don't wear make up very often. Is that going to be a problem?' She almost wet herself laughing!

Hehe, that sounds like me........I only wear make up on a night out but know I will need to to do this and I am looking forward to making the effort!

String a sentance together......check
I have decided on a smarter version of what I normally wear, I was going to really dress up but I would not have been comfortable and I know it would have come accross.:o

I have a HP Laserjet 1020, it is fantastic! I don't think they are easy to buy anymore though as amazon don't stock it anymore - which is where I purchased it, although they may sell it elsewhere.

Deanos - To save time, I print my contact details, and a message in the message box onto the free order forms, it is quicker, much quicker than writing them all out by hand. It usually takes me several hours to do that, this time only took 10 minutes and it looks brilliant!

i have man flu! Im coughing till Im sick I feel sorry for myself!!
i was going to canvass my new street this weekend but just wasnt upto it so it can wait till next time! I have 2 orders to collect today and hopefully some from work.

Im really annoyed at avon, my order goes in on thursday and they STILL havent sent me my HT 18 grrrr
