The customer ones that go in the brochures ... I read someone earlier prints the order forms and it looks really neat.

Mel, ask Kat which printer she has, as hers will print the order forms. Mine at home will only do one at a time, it'd be quicker to write them myself, OH takes mine into work and does them on their big Xerox machine for me. His work doesn't mind, because I used to work for Xerox so I sort the print server out for them every time one of the office girls gets bored and thinks "hmm.... I wonder what will happen if I press this button" :rotfl:
When we had the marketing bods at our meeting they showed us all their new ideas for order forms and we all told them that they've got to make them so they'll print through a standard printer more easily. Hopefully they'll listen.

Happybunny, you can still order from two HTs ahead, but you have to backorder from the nearer one. For example on your C16 order you will order from HT18 as usual but anything from HT17 has to be backordered as a C15 product. Hope that makes sense.
How new are you? If C16 is your first campaign your sales leader or ASM who signed you should be supplying you with C17 books. If you have been here longer than that, call head office and explain you've made a mistake and need C17 books. They should change your order for you. If not, get shirty (but not rude) and ask how you're supposed to sell without catalogues. If they still won't help, your ASM or sales leader should have some spares that they can swap with you.
  • I am using a HP deskjet and it works fine, you have to check ink prices when considering a printer too as they can vary alot.
I nearly paid £18 for a black the other day then found a twin pack in pcworld for £20

There's a HP deskjet in Tesco, down from £80 to £40 so will have a look at that one. Thanks xx

Hi all. I have my first meeting with my asm tomorrow morning at 11am and am hoping it will go well as I could do with a little bit of extra money!!
Are there any questions I should ask? I am a bit overawed by it all at the moment!! Wish me luck!!
Debt free = December 2010...as of March 2006 it is now January 2010..... as of December 2008 it is now December 2009 :j hopefully sooner!!
:jDEBT FREE:j January 2012, took longer but I got there, all by myself, through sheer hard work and pride!

what do you all write/fill in on the order forms?

I made the same mistake when I first started... live and learn eh?

What I do now is just put say 30 MB for 30 Mountbatten drive, right at the top of the order form in the middle, so I can see it when I'm delivering books (and helps if customer doesn't fill details in!) and print a note out to staple on the front of each book like this...

    Please leave your brochure out
for me to collect on MON xxx
    Delivery xxx
    Thanks, Jan (phone number)
    (address)
    (Email addy)

That way I can re-use order forms for same person until they DO order!

i knew it would work out that way.. i was just doing what my ASM told me to do and what id seen on avon books ive got before... i thought we HAD to do it that way ..... Then it dawned on me this morning that I only have 100 forms and 150+ houses in territory + family and friends to cover! DOH! :o

Does anyone have a rough idea when i'll likely hear from my ASM again, i was signed up last monday.. and my order has to be submitted online on 30th Oct..... i have emailed her with 2 questions but havent heard back yet. Im guessing she'll be around when my order has to be submitted to show me how (although i think i know) and also to hopefully drop off my C18 books.

Hwy everyone hows c16 going, I'm not doing too well this time :(

Thanks for all the birthday messages, I woke up on the wrong side of an hangover this morning haha gonna leave it a few hours before I go collecting books cos I look shocking!!

Sorry it's not going well so far, but don't worry yet, it can (and often does) turn around in the last couple of days, you never know.

I got over £300 in orders for c16, just started c17 so we will see how this one goes. Possibly c16 was great because I am new to the area, it's January that I am worried about! :o
