It's for my Mum who will only ever use it for uploading a few photos (never printing) and surfing the internet a little bit.
Seems like a good deal if we trade in her old laptop and get the Office package and free printer.
I was just wondering why it hadn't been mentioned on here.

It is not included in the lists of eligible laptops. Not sure of the reason why, as it's little brother the C660-125 is included.

What's your budget? Best value at the moment is this from John-Lewis (back in stock)
    http://www.johnlewis.com/Shopping/Product.aspx?Type=SKU&Id=231297501
Great processor (not upgradeable so always buy the best you can afford); lots of disk and memory. 2 year warranty. 3 would be better (laptops aren't reliable).

Only downside is no HDMI which is the best way to connect to a TV (you can still do this - you just need a VGA cable + audio cable).
If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.

I'm still pondering, my budget is £350 top end, would prefer £300 mark for my son. He has a netbook that is incredibly slow on the net and frustrates him so speed is the priority.

I have no idea what all the jargon means, i take it the i3 processor is the fastest. I think it seems to be between the sainsbury's Samsung RV511 A09UK Intel Core i3, and the Toshiba Satellite C660-21M Laptop, Intel Core i3, both £350 but the sainsbury's one has £50 cash back.

This forum is fab by the way, i am learning so much here, thank you all :)

By the way of a stopgap, upgrade the RAM in the Netbook. Will speed things up no end and cost no more than £20.
Which brand and model is the Netbook?

The John Lewis one does have a Toshiba cashback offer linked to Rugby performance in the forthcoming world cup. Simple to register and the optimistic forecast suggests anything UPTO £100 is possible.

I still think it is a good deal without this additional offer though.
