    Just had a lovely lunch with a friend (his treat) and have got pizza and a film to look forward to tonight (got 1/2 voucher of course :) )

    Counted up some savings and have put £794.52 towards the windows loan....£3015.48 owing.

    Also :D......DH said I can have a puppy! halpape-cockapoo.jpg :jI'll have to look after it but from DH saying absolutly no to a yes is brilliant!

    :T:beer::j:D:):T

    of course I'm not actually going to get one yet as I work full time :( but all the more incentive to get the mortgage down and work harder!

    Good news on the window front well done :T for saving more money you'll have Dad paid off in a jiffy :D

    Hooray for everything

    I would like a dog (can you get ones that don't poo) but also work full time so I think it would be to cruel for it to be alone all day

    I don't remember there being any mess when I had my windows done, it seems to be a quite tidish job to do

    Great news on the doglet :)
    A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

    Well the window men have turned up and as to the mess....DH is dealing with it as I'm at work :D I'm lookign forward to getting home and having a look at them :j

    Somehow I've shrunk the MSE site on my screen - any idea how I turn it back to normal?

    A dog that doesn't poo, shed, scratch or bark without reason would be lovely Radish :p but some how I don't think they're availble. DH once said the only dog he's like would be one that killed burgulars silently, tidied the mess, buried the burgular and walked itself :rotfl:

    I ate far too much pizza last night (spent £22) and we watched Bounty Hunter which is definitely for girls and an ok movie.

    Went to see Halifax to see what mortgage rates they offered and gosh arn't they pushy!?! They tried to convince me that they could get my house valued for £130,000.00 and magically get my mortgage down to £97,000 so that the rates they showed me were nice and low. :mad: silly people
