Prague was great, We spent two days just sitting at a cafe drinking beer and coffee reading some books - I read four books and DH read one :p

Me and the BF did this in Prague, except we spent the whole day drinking beer in a little bar next to the river, the beer was so cheap and the owner had a huge dog that befriended us (had no choice it just sat on me)

Hi stacey :) isn't it werid, I was just thinking that I should update my diary and then your message popped up :D

I think we're all praying for the base rate to stay low praying-animated-animation-praying-smiley-emoticon-000338-large.gif

I've planted loads of seeds and promptly forgot what I put where! :rotfl:Had to plant all the mangetout as I accidently got the packet wet. My chilli plants failed to produce any fruit last year but somehow they survivied the winter and have started to sprout some leaves!?!

Ohhh, I'll have to go to Asda now - I'll blame you when DH shakes his head at me later :D

lol re the dog Radish :D When was it that you went to Prague? We found that the beer was generally £2 a pint which is a lot more than it was 3 years ago! I guess that's cause its getting to be such a popular place.

P.S. The Malvern Spring show is a month away! :T

Everyone seems to have had more fun than me in Prague. :( We got Salmonella within 24 hrs of arrival and spent our holiday (and 2 weeks thereafter) recovering! At least we went for a wander on our 1st evening there or we'd have seen errrrr... the airport! :rotfl:

Did you sign up for the free BBC dig in seeds? If you have a Lidl nearby they had loads of cheap seeds a few weeks ago and poundland has loads too. Must remember to actually plant my chilli seeds! :o :rotfl:

I just ordered the seeds as well. I got some flower seeds from 99p store and they are doing quite well also and I have never done them from scratch before.
I am off to the tip today to see if I can get some pots or storage boxes to plant them out as I think i went over the top with the amount of seeds lol

 jut worked out it was nearly 7 years ago (mine and BF's first holiday). the beer worked out about 40p/pint which is why we stayed all day, watching all the boats on the river, enjoying the sun (not the wasps though)

I'm a cider drinker and that was £2/pint back then

I keep hinting about Barcelona to him but no luck yet

Hi pammy :) I had promised myself that I wouldn't buy any more seeds until I have used up what I have.......how did that packet of sweetcon seeds get in my bag!? :rotfl:

I'm afraid I wasn't a fan of Barcelona Radish, but I only went for a day trip so I guess I didn't give it much of a chance. We saw loads of pickpockets at work!

If you decide to give Prague another go Taka I'll mail you a list of places to eat :D There was this french cafe and hanging coffee cafe and fusion place and I could go on......

Another £15.23 has been put towards the window loan :)

And the valuator is round my house as I type  Fingers crossed that the result is good.

Ohhh, just popping on to say that I've finally applied to do a legal secretary diploma course. We'll be £450 poorer :( but its good for my job :)

DH has been offered a fair bit of overtime too so thats good :)

    And we're off for a comedy/curry night tonight :D

P.S. I think I've been complimented today. My work collegues said that I'm a very calm person ;-) so I checked with DH and he agrees. My self control must be brilliant :D as I certainly don't feel calm most the time!
