    Thanks SMF2

Received our mortgage statement last night which resulted in me eating a crossiant and two chocolate bars _pale_

Even my small £32.88 a month that I'm putting away will shave almost 2 years off the mortgage.

See.. I've almost cheered myself up

I believe the going rate is 1 large bar of chocolate a year so that's almost 2 big bars you are owed :EasterBun :EasterBun

    Well done :T

We're only two years into our mortgage and I know that the interest is taken first but honestly ... £500 interest a month from a payment of £687!?! Its just so grumpy to see it written in black and white.

At least OH has agreed to put savings away to OP in January 2010 (when we're allowed)

I know. Just makes you all the more determined to get rid of it, so you're not paying it forever.

Last week flew and dragged on by in equal measures with work being quiet but invitation brainstorming and photgrapher searching being non stop ;)

I went to the dogs for the first time on Friday, with vouchers of course and ended up only spending £10 - the same amount I spent on lunch the very next day!

I'm going to be over my spending budget again this month but at least this time its for a reason - another trip to the bonecracker this Friday means I'm an extra £35 poorer but more able to tackle the garden. Am chuffed that I got some leek, peas, onion, chilli and radish seeds in thou :D

We're seeing another photographer tonight but out of the two we've seen so far I think the first one is winning so far - much clearer pictures and more pratical (about £150 more expensive too:p)

I found the veil I want but since its £200 my Nan has offered to make me one which is similar. :T Nan and Mum called me a to say they'd found the beads I need but they were £4 each -thank god for the internet - I've found even better ones for 50p each:j Yay

The plan for this week is:

Yummy rolls and pate for lunch (brought from home)
    Gym twice (swimming tonight)
Pamperchef party tomorrow - a free dinner but will be expected to buy something and want to
    Chit potatoes
Buy Dad and Mum B-day presents - but what?!
    Start eating healthfully again :o
    See some florists on Saturday
    Go to the skip

    See you soon

It's great your nan is a whizz with a sewing needle - over the past couple of years my friends have planned and paid for numerous weddings and they seem to be never ennding money pits!

    Good luck with your list!

The pancakes were scrummy yesterday and I ate twice as many than anyone else :D

I've already managed to go swimming twice this week and will go tonight too. :A feeling very angelic :A

I spent £22.50 on a pamperchef chooper last night, appparently its supposed to be tear proof with onions and if I find its not I can return it within 30 days. So if I don't find myself using it I can give it back :p If its tear proof I'll use it every day.

    Hope everone is ok
