I have noticed quite a few people had been having this happen with excessive use of vouchers on their card. Most of the coupons do say '1 per person', but if this was the case then the till should be programmed to only accept it once, I know this may be hard to do though. Also they should limit mags to one per person, I dont think its fair to upset people and take their points off them for something that isnt really our fault, yes we are using more than we should but who wouldnt if there is a chance too? Im sure some SA's have even done it more than once.

sarahg1969 - I would spend my points if I had that much, as do you really want them to go to waste?

I have been feeling bad the other day and was thinking what would happen if I lost mine but as I only have £16.xx Im not going to be that upset.

Sorry for the long post but it is something that I have been thinking about recently.

Went into Boots this morning to use the last of my TD vouchers, and the young SA who served me got in a pickle and couldn't add the 200 points from the mag. Way things are going of late I'd hurry back & buy a big points item, camera, perfume etc & IF they cancel minimal loss of points.
Later return the items & points will be added to the card or offer another card so as not to give them the option or reftrieving them.

I know they will do this as DD bought items & I returned them as they needed to remove some points but took them from mine as DD had hers in her purse.

NO TD other than wipes in my local stores.

Can you actually not use your card even if you are handing in vouchers, like money off ones from the mailings or mag?

Of course! Though if you want to use the extra points ones then you will obviously need to put your card in for the points to be added.

someone mentioned they had got some S&G bags from there for 63p
