DH has just rang - apparently he's been talking to his mate in Asda and now he's gone to the chicken counter and there'll be none ready for 25 mins! I'm now going to warm some meatballs up!

DD2 has got a gymnastics competition today. So off we go, en famille, to cheer her club on!!! It really makes us laugh, cos there's some REALLY competitive parents at these things!! I think that lots of them genuinely think that little 'Jonny or Jenny' are going to be representing Team GB in 2012!!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Been there, done that! I have a DD who has been a gymnast for 7 years, only gave up earlier this year. Never mind the gymnasts, you are right, some mothers are really competitive and it is fun to hear them all talking about the score sheet and the difficulty and the unfairness if their gymnast doesn't win. I ofcourse was never like that... (half the time I couldn't watch my DD fling herself about on the beam or bars without my heart stopping) Let us know how your DD gets on

house still looking ok apart from bedroom, have to shuffle in and out, but going to work on that this week. A lot of it is just clutter and cardmaking stuff.

Kitchen looking ok, have a mountain of ironing to do, will do while watching tv tonight. We finally had a visit from the sun today,so washing is hanging out.

Good luck with the competition Polkadot, fingers crossed
