Organised Christmas 2008.. The countdown has begun!

furrypig - well i just did my first 8x8 page last week and am proud of it Linky here - always thought I would panic on 8x8 by not having enough space! I have my eye on a few things in the pound shop on madabout cards but the delivery always puts me off

choccy.orange - our 2nd card is slower on quidco, but I would never want any1 to buy anything if they werent going to spend the dosh out anyway made up we completed one line!

Well I've spent the day doing mums hamper, wrapping bits up and making a final list that will enable me to complete xmas. I wanted it all done by Dec 1st but the bits i have left to do are completely manageable and FUN!! so really happy. thanks girlies here for all your help and motivation!!

24 mins - them blooming boots I tried on the bairn are too big - I tried them on her when she was horizontal on the floor and when I got her vertical in them I def. need the smaller size - but I am very calm as I have plenty time to go back and change them - just hope they've got her size!!!Primark hell again tomorrow.

Had a good nsd day today - my hubbie did his sis a favour - saved her a fortune and she saved us some money by paying for us to go to an all you can eat for tea - yippee. It had a very christmassy feel which was nice. feeling very mse today.

Christmas wise - just have to finish wrapping pressies, so nothing much to report there. Gettin excited for daughters first nursery concert - she was showing me how they have to sit - cross legged with hands on their knees - she was so serious - desperately trying not to laugh.

I've just been told by a friend the coca cola advert in full is now on the telly! :D:D Perhaps I'm a bit too excited!

scattymam - your daughter sounds really sweet!!! how about thick socks for her boots that way she can grow into them too?! (+no primark hell!)

HAPPY DECEMBER EVERYONE :D:D this is about the time I usually panic.....but not this year :T


Gonna start my wrapping on Tuesday probly, have to do mine while the kids are at school, too much fuss to do it on a night, by the time they've gone to sleep I dont wanna be dragging pressies, paper, ribbon and everything else that goes with it, out.

Just got Blake to bed after his bath and feed so gonna put myself to bed and maybe get a decent sleep before he wakes again (seems to sleep a little longer than normal after a bath?)

Ooooh and town tomorrow for christmassy stuff :j:j (think im too giddy to sleep )

Its been one of those days.It was a christmas day buffet at my aunts with her 2 gorgeous twin grandsons. OH has brought the tree and decs down from the attic. So just my living room/ dining room table that needs moving and i can fit in the tree :eek:

I have spent this evening writing a to do list :rolleyes: still quite alot to sort

Try Again, I pressed the wrong button LOL:rotfl: , must be all the excitement of Christmas.

Had a lovely day yesterday, making christmassy things with the kids, will post some pictures later.

Today feels so good, Kids are so excited they have both done their advent calanders (Choccy one and a lego one) I have Christmas stuff all over the table in the kitchen that they made yesterday and DS1 is off to the Pantomime this afternoon with school.....So it really feels Christmassy here.

I don't feel Stressed like I normally do at this time of year, and thats thanks to all my Friends on here......

Anyway gotta go town this morning need some frames and some more A4 paper for printing, might see if I can pick up some more Christmassy bits just for the fun of it....................:D and any BARGINS I might come across, 'cos I love BARGINS as much as Christmas.
