After 3 days I decided Blake didnt suit him so was going to call him Logan but soon as I started calling him Logan I knew he was called Blake

Im taking my Christmas notebook upstairs and going to plan some more, seems like im not getting anything done but if its all on paper it'll be soooo much quicker as ill know what im doing/getting.

My local Boots are having their last shopping evening this Thursday, im sure they are roundabout the same time nationwide, being so organised no one that wants to go will have forgotten :rotfl:

Roxie - have been on elfyourself.com and uploaded all my family as elf dancers. I will definitely be sending e-mail xmas cards this year, I have been in stitches all evening and so have my boys watching the older members of my family doing "disco"!!

I've done well, we've got 2 Boots stores, and I managed to tie up the "offer nights" with mystery shop work, so get pd to shop!.

Dont know if this is any good, had a quick play around, it makes a story book, that you can print out, looked ok on the screen, and there free.

jamtart - congratulations too - very exciting news! I used to work in a solicitors doing conveyancing and could never believe how busy we were at Christmas time - so many people wanting into their new houses!

I now have a neat row of Christmas bags lined up in the bedroom (all recycled from last year) all filled with family and friends' presents - it was lovely to wake up to this morning - how sad am I! I just have to finish writing my letters to go in Christmas cards - I did them on the computer last year but was determined to hand write them this time. I'm planning to have them all posted on 1st December.

Busy looking after friends' children all day today so nothing will get done! Never mind!

hulagirl how have you done your oil? i was going to do this for mil as shes a chilli addict but all the recipes i found were either realy complicated or said it wouldent keep past 10 days:( so not much use unless i was going to make it on christmas eve and i think i have better things to do then:rotfl:

jamtart - congrats jamtart - I am so jealous - I have had my house on the market since June - sick as a chip - have reduced it a lot and still nothing - I really wanted to be moved before christmas! hope to have some more interest in new year cos if I don't get moved my dd won't be in the catchment for her school.

Been very busy - had a great day saturday, went to my scrapbooking christmas crop and had a great time. I started a christmas chipboard box album of my dd for me! will take piccies of my progress so far cos I didn't get it finished because of all the chatting. I've made some more cards too will post photo of that also.

OC wise - all presents bought/on way if bought online, and half wrapped - can't wait til there all wrapped and ordered in their seperate bags, ready and waiting...bought fred santa yesterday but wasn't very impressed. All christmas food bought except carrots and potatoes(leave til later)

Today I have to blitz the house again - do a total tidy up so that hubbie can wrap tonight stress free and I can finish writing and making all cards.

I'm so glad I sorted presents early as a lot of things have come and been the wrong thing or not quite right so I've had to send them back. If I had have waited til christmas the things would not have been reordered in time.

One present came - it was a personalised wallet for grandad in law but it came and it said grnadad so the customer services said just to dispose of the product and they's send a new one as they knew it was their mistake but the grandad bit just scratches off so now I have a wallet for the other grandad and still says lots of love Libby xxx in it so that's a free extra present for him (hee hee).

Got all daughters and husbands christmas clothes sorted - just have to find myself something to wear so I'll get that out the way next week I think.

sorry for long post just wanted to get it all out so it feels better sorted in my head then:eek: :T
