well done jamtart!!! really pleased for you! :D send some selling-vibes this way please, as no one seems interested in our house!!! :(

well there are a lot of things we need to do before we get the keys  hoops and jumping have been frequently used words today...as have 'detest' and 'estate agent' :D
I would say if you have a property at the right price, there will be lots of people waiting for it. This one has had 12 viewings in 3 weeks and many offers. I think ours was the first sensible one, and is £30k less than any other house of that size (reflects the amount of work needed on the house mind you).

Pinkladymel - I have done my mums scrapbook page. i will upload it onto my blog for you to look at later! i like it for my first 8x8 page and love the font site you showed me.

Still need to think of something else for mum  what would all you mums out there want fromyour daughter???

So you never know :D

thanks chocolate.orange! its very fraught though as we could still have offers put in over the asking price so not getting hopes up too much!

if ethicalsuperstore is on the bingo card - great!!! :)

I've wrapped about 3/4 of the presents, the dineing rm looks like a bomb hsas exploded there, still got 2 boxes from the shed to do.

    Mini plan of action
tomorrow - cello the presents and do the mini hampers, then xmas shopping with dd after school

Playing around with the cello gifts, my aunt is never without a cup of tea, and the teapot always full, so have got her one of those teapot and cups in one, so am putting a note in with it "incase of emergency open me", my uncle loves choc, so same principal and message for him.
thurs - finish the rest of the shed items and wrap
fri - look at what need for xmas

next week - mince pies. xx

i supose it depends on your budget but this year im getting my mum a facial, its for her birthday but thats on the 17th so nearly christmas lol (got her some perfume for christmas and some child made bickys)
think its £20 for an hour one but can prob get it cheeper elsewhere, i picked that one as its at a salon she knows and wont feel 2 serlfconsus as shes never had one before but always liked the idea.
maniures n pedicures arnt to pricey and always nice (wish my oh would get my sons to get that for me lol).

just a couple of ideas, hth

Just a thought re facials, pedicures etc, if anyone has a college near them that teaches health and beauty, they usually have a salon, your treated by a student, but the tutor pops in and keeps an eye out. At ours a facial starts at £5.00, they do both day time and evening appointments. We can have the treats and still save money. xx
