If they dont have a valid agreemant they had no right to make any extra charge for goods whether that be intrest or charges so no my OH may not owe them anything

So you are saying that you/OH don't know if you owe money, charges interest aside, to SIX creditors!!

The way i see it is that the two people whining on this thread about people shirking there responsibilities have probably found there CCA are all in order and cant use the Legisation to not pay there debts therefore are kind of miffed when others are able to do it.

Probably same for Declaring BC you would if you could but prob cant because of your circumstances. Hey theres that word again "Circumstances". Who would have though 3 years ago, i would have had to declare BC, answer is "No One" and I bet that goes for the majority on here.
