ikea - customer service is a disgrace

I bought an Udden sink from Ikea Milton Keynes. First off I had to go to 5 different stations before someone would take my order, go down and pay, drive to a different building to pick it up and then NOBODY would help me put in the car (it's heavy). I slipped a disc getting it into the car. Get it home, lay it all out and one piece is wrong. I spend 45 minutes on hold and they tell me to come over, queue up at Customer Services, get a case number, go over to the other building, queue up again and they'll give me the right part - I point out the I've slipped a disc and can't drive and this would be impossible with a taxi. They told me to wait in ALL day on Sunday 8 am to 8 pm and the piece would be delivered to me - so I wait and wait and wait and wait - NOTHING. On hold for over an hour and they say "oh, we never got round to sending it out - very sorry, I'll take personal control of it - it will definitely be with you Friday" - I point out it's urgent but Friday is the earliest they can do it. Again on Friday, wait in for a day - NOTHING. Phone - as usually an hour of being subjected to the WORST music ever - I think they hope you'll give up. Get through to some very bolshy person who say - "Oh, we didnt' get round to it - just "pop" in and get it" - I said I couldn't and she did the "well what do you expect ME to do about it" thing. Eventually she promised it would be sent out yesterday - of course NOTHING happened. I'm back on hold again. I've now spent over 5 hours on hold to Ikea - I'm paying for this phone call and I've waited in for 3 days for something I don't think is EVERY coming and I've looked like a complete moron with the plumber who I have to keep putting off and putting off - and Ikea act like they are doing me a favour. I just wonder if I should sue them for all of this.0
