First credit debt collection :(

Also i will be sending the 12+2 day letter tomorrow for my 2nd account as (surprise, surprise) no CCA has arrived.

If it's any consolation, they threatened everything with me (including, as mentioned before, taking my mum's stuff but she lives in the US and what I owe them would cost them more in the flights - but am happy if they wish to try it - all the hot air they are full of will probably blast them across the atlantic a lot faster than any 747!). As other poster said, they like you to pay your debts off quickly - within 5- 7 years. Well, tough on them if you can't do it - pay them what you can.

Am determined to treat them with as much sympathy, respect and understanding as apparently they treat their clients....!

Well it's hard luck for them then as mine will take about 8yrs. Also as i understand if they do not supply a valid CCA(which they haven't) then i can withold payment altogether.

I need some help with the correct 1st Credit address.
Odd thing happened at the post office today. they said that postcode RH2 7JP is not valied. Yet i have always sent paperwork to that address. They found RH2 7LD and sent it there. Looking at a letter 1st credit have sent me and they have a postcode of RH2 7WB.

What address should i be using??

RH2 7JP is the only postcode I know for Lesbourne Road. I've sent letters there and they've been acknowledged by Worst Crudit.

Yes, haven't had a problem before today. Strange. The postcode still came up as Lesbourne Road though.

Need some more advice on what to do next.

The CCA request has now passed the 12+2+30 stage. IS there another letter i need to send them?? not sure where i go from here.
