Just back from Woking, lots of perfumes being reduced.

I got Valentino Rock and Rose for £10 and Miss Dior Cherie for £9.25 paid with points after returning a lacoste dream of pink I got and then changed my mind about!

Was hoping they would have the lacoste touch of pink reduced as someone (sorry can't remember who but thank you!) said their store had it for £12!!!! But no luck, SA said it wasnt going to be reduced.

They had J'adore, guerlain insolence purse sprays, valentino rock and rose and pret a porter (?), DNKY red delicious mens, tommy, miss dior cherie (1 left), ted baker women (1 lft) katie price stunning (1 left), ghost, some body lotions for SJP lovley and Christina Aguilera. Quite a few men's ones - think there was burberry.

Sorry not remembered very well - had very grumpy toddler by this stage and am feeling rotten with a mouth ulcer on my gum where I bit myself last week. Have only been able to eat soup and porridge for 3 days and am very fed up! Still OH did get me some stuff for it in Boots last night and got me both a till spit and a pinkie and remembered to validate th receipt for points :T

Quite a bit of TD stuff undr £5 - got toner and wipes. Also got last pair of no 7 gloves for free

Checked out the toys but none obviously 75% off - some had clearance stickers on but nothing for my 2 year old son really. even got a couple of bits price checkd incase they weren't marked up but still full price. SA did say they are nearly all on 3 for 2 but no signs to say this.

went shoppin yesterday to try out the TS glitch. however it all went wrong. brought the serum for 6.99 and the shampoo, however when l gave the coupon it only deducted 4.45??????
so how have u ladies been managing to get the two items for 1p?????
plzzzzz sum1 explain......

ooh I really want this one, but I bet it will be gone by the time I get there after work.

Hi everyone

Just back from Bognor and can report the following (shopping lists and photos to follow ! - once i've had a well deserved cuppa and a slice of apple loaf !)

1. Hardly any toys on the shelves - more or less totally sold out due to the 75% off and 342 ! (Good job mine are all grown up otherwise i'd have been disappointed !)

2. Loads of vintage 17 gwp on top shelves but I only managed to get one (went to a different SA the second time and she said I couldn't have it :rolleyes: ) but I got one with the first transaction I did and it went through at £0.00 :T

3. No reduced make up (e.g. No7, 17 etc etc). I checked and double checked and couldn't see anything.

4. No reduced S&G, Ted Baker bags, Rose Damask, FCUK etc etc BUT I think we were a day too early as there were loads of staff clearing shelves and putting goods into crates so maybe within the next day or so (crates were full of the above items).

5. Not much on clearance at front of store.

6. Loads of reduced swimwear etc left. Grabbed a few bargains there.

7. Perfumes - quite a bit reduced, not much left though so if you want some you'd better be quick !

8. No TD under a fiver (womens) but plenty of mens left.

9. No7 suncream is not half price but still b1g1f and loads of No7 gwp left.

10. TS serums are plentiful.

11. Mitchums plentiful and vouchers still being taken ok.

I think that's about it for now. If I remember anything else I'll shout !

BTW I love this store :j - really friendly SA and the lady on the perfume counter was wonderful. Let me know what perfumes were on offer and happy to 'spray' for you. Good job this isn't smelly-vision as I think I'd smell like the whole perfume counter !!!

Chester is my local so I'll try to help.

They definitely stock the Trevor Sorbie Long Hair range (unlike Broughton :rolleyes: ) but rarely have any of the LH Pink Serum in stock. No LH Thermal Wrap there yesterday evening either but hopefully they will re-stock before the weekend for you.
Always lots of the TG Model Me stuff, all reduced to £2.50, as you know. However, there was no sign of either the old or new magazines yesterday so hope you have some Model Me vouchers - if not I may have a couple if you want them?
The clearance in Chester is a bit hit and miss at the moment. Up until yesterday all they had was one stand (right at the back of the store past the baby stuff on the right hand side) full of tights, however when I checked it last night there was a few Urban Retreat lemon shower washes at £2.** and some reduced jewellery.
It's best to check the SELs as often things are reduced on the original stands.
No Ted Baker bags left.
No lovely Soap & Glory sets from £16 to £4! I know 'cos I waited and waited and then when the SEL eventually did change the shelf was empty! :mad:

Toys: Chester DO sell toys although I haven't seen many. I did walk down the isle of toys last night just to see if they were on 342 (didn't seem to be unless it's just when you get to the til?) and reduced (they weren't) as others had reported excitedly on here.

Perfume: Could not see any reductions at all. :rolleyes:

Re your tilspits: You will prob find lots of the TD Toner and maybe the exfoilating stuff but doubt if there will be any wipes as I have only managed one pack since these spits first started! No Sanctuary wipes either at the moment, but usually a spattering of the masks. Olay is usually pretty well stocked up. No more No 7 make up bags and I never saw any R & M ones - LOL. Plenty of sponges/No 7 nailfile sets/few R & M brushes. The R & M lip and eye sets have not been restocked and the ones that are present are the testers or have been damaged. The R&M stand is not looked after too well unfortunately.
Still No 7 Autumn pallettes, not sure about the eyeliners but the testers are still out. Suncare is not half price, unless it kicks in at til which I doubt as Wrexham SEL was marked down.

Wrexham had a few of those Time Delay Anti red serums. Have not seen them in Chester at all. Maybe it is being discontinued. Wish I had got more from WX but didn't realise it was an endangered species. :rotfl:

Hi sorry to repeat myself, but are the perfumes reduce prices on the sel or just going through the till at these prices, thinking bout doing a mad dash on my lunch break.

forgot to mention, managed to get a lamaze gym reduced from £40 to £7.50 (for my new born nephew) a disney weaning set for £1.30 and a alpha bus for £5.00. Also got anna sui 30 ml for £5.50 and Carolina herrera 212 for women 100ml for £12.00 originally £50.00 (really pleased with that as l love 212)
