I posted a question last night, but might have waffled a bit (more than likely) so I'll post a snappier version here and hopefully someone can help

Will I be able to return the reduced mens Davidoff Freeze Me even though it didn't come wrapped in cellophane packaging?

    Thanks!

I can't get the SA's to take the mitchum vouchers even with the cleaned up ones. I can't understand it as one store i tried has had brand new till's no so long ago. I have done it once so far and then the SA refused to give me a pinky and i had bought other stuff. oh well you win some you lose some.

Really? I have used them at both SS and manned tills. How strange, I had such a lovely SA the other day I gave her 3 50% off so she could spend 57p and get both vouchers! Bribing the SA's now haha!:rotfl:

  • Morning all - this is so difficult! I can't read fast enough to keep up with this thread...

Can anyone tell me if the bargain toys are available anywhere near Bristol? And are there any good bargains in Manchester, cos I might manage to get there at the weekend. Thanks.

Also, I managed to grab a couple more of the old mags the other day, so PM me if you'd like the voucher page. I think I've pushed my luck with extra TD points on freebies, not letting me get away with it any more in my local! hth

this is the stuff i got loads last time TD was on £5 til spit, its lovely. I use it everyday and it really helps as my skin goes quite red in the winter, and im only young, well 32 I think thats young :rotfl: I couldnt find any this time though.

Has anyone seem any of this anywhere? It sounds just what I need, with my pink nose & cheeks in all this cold weather......or perhaps I need it to cover my embarrassment when the till beeps! :o Seriously, I would like to find some, no sign of it on the website, so I wonder if they still do it.

I haven't visited Boots for a while but was quite pleased today.
Advantage card kiosk - 50 pts with any 2 own-brand dental products; 50pts with any 'Boots Therapy' shower/bath product; 100 points with any own-brand hosiery, all of which were products I needed.

Dental products were on 3 for 2 anyhow, Therapy was on 2for1 and there was one multipack of tights for only £1.65 (all the others were much dearer - a mis-price?). Pantene (hubby insists on the 'full and thick' one although he's fighting a losing battle!) were also 2 for £4, which saved me another £1.74.

ALSO saw the Mitchum deo £1 off (only £1.65)- and remembered I had a 50% off printable voucher in my bag, which went through at -£1.50!

Thought I'd done well but ofcourse they gave me the £5 No7/R&M voucher AND £5 facial skincare voucher. SA spoke with supervisor and did an override when I tried to put the latter towards Sanctury Skincare mask sachets ... and I've just noticed that actually she didn't charge me any of the extra I'd anticipated along with the remainder of the No7 product value. I declined the chance to spend a bit more on No 7 to qualify for the free gift. But then I got two more vouchers with my receipt!

There must be an art to shopping at Boots!
