Pah!!! Waste of time calling CS....no points, and their advice was to go to another store, or go back and challenege the SA.. :( bit hard to do that as its miles away

After a long search to find it used one yesterday so got 600 points and handcream for free:D Went to a young lad on the till and he didn't give it a glance! I'd suggest putting a few bit's in your basket - cheapies, and then just handing over the coupons one by one - points coupon before skincare voucher.

Try again and you'll get there

She said we could add some advantage points but won't as we think you should go back and challenge the SA....told her that wasn't possbile, but she said to just go to another store....that was that. I couldn't exactly demand points and I feel worse now than if I hadn't bothered


ETA think I just got a rubbish CS person....as at first she said you can't get GWP when you pay with points Then she checked and you could......pah...I'm usless

Is the reduce perfume prices on the SEl or just going through the tills as i had a look in my local and they were still half price and i really need the AP Matrisse at 75% off as its my fav!!
