  • i went to hemel hempstead yesterday

the sa was really good in putting all my vouchers through, i got a till spit to do the survey and i told her i would say nice things about her as she was so friendly and helpful.

she said good cos the bonus is partly on the survey results, it is all about good customer service and if they had a bad report they would not receive their bonus

just thought i would let you all know as there have been a few posts on bad customer service

Firstly, Mrs BB ((huggz)) ..... sorry you've had such a s*i t time with Mr B's lately ! I know how annoying, upsetting and frustrating dealing with rude SA can be ! I am however, shocked that CS have more or less dismissed your complaint - very unlike them ! Maybe you've just been really unlucky with who you spoke to.

I too vowed I wouldn't be shopping in Mr B's for a while and I stayed away for about a month but the lure of these new till spits and the No7 voucher drew me in (as it does  lol) and I was soon back into the swing of it again. So far (touch wood!) I've been lucky with the SA and they've all been quite nice ! I have, however, learnt to stick up for myself and just say "Oh, I won't have it then" if it's something I want and it doesn't 'quite go as planned' shall we say !

I hope it all works out for you and you don't feel as bad in a couple of days. Try not to let it get you down hun xxxx

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed reply :) I have sent the email now and will wait to see what happens, I actually haven't asked anywhere in my email for compensation as my reasons for writing it were the fact I was so throughly disappointed in the service itself. I have emailed CS numerous times to praise their customer service and their sales assistants, and never asked for anything in return, I don't want to be rewarded for being a loyal and long term customer, just be treated as one iykwim :)

And the last line of my email was that I was unhappy with customer services at the moment, and hope that it may be rectified...by way of an apology or at least some understanding that customers should not be treated in this manner.

Personally, how I feel at the moment, is that even if I were to be given points as compensation I would not feel happy with spending them. The last few days have made me stressed out and unhappy with boots overall, hence the long and drawn out email I sent...not to gain from it, but for it at least be acknowledged and maybe some words to be had with the SA from Lancome, so that another customer doesn't have to face the embarassment of being refused items they are perfectly entitled to.

It seems like you've mailed a very reasonable and justifiable complaint mrsbluebear and for all the right reasons :)

Hope the outcome is more favourable because there's nothing worse imho than being disregarded, especially by CS, or as you suggested, being fobbed off with compensation points when recognition of poor service is of more value :)

Take care, and as easy as it is for me to say this, try not to let it get you down too much. x

Hi sorry to repeat myself, but are the perfumes reduce prices on the sel or just going through the till at these prices, thinking bout doing a mad dash on my lunch break.

    Thanks

Not sure if this has been replied to but most of the ones I saw had SELs. BUT lol, it's always worth asking for a price check as the Davidoff Freeze Me (for instance) was only showing at half price.

...with me for the following numptiness:-

wasn't going to use the Mitchum glitch, so I haven't bothered reading all the posts about which vouchers to use and which products to buy, but now I've decided that (if I can get a lift to shops with my sis on Sat - no car still, aaaargh!) it is too good an offer to miss. BUT I've looked on .com and can only see the roll-ons. Are these what people have been buyng? I actually use the Smart Solid stick (waterlily - smells lovely enough to be a perfume!) would there be a deal on this?

Iknow this has been discussed loads and loads, but a quick blonde proof explanation of how to " do it best" would be fantastic!

    TIA,
    Clare
  • at all the perfume bargains

One can never have enough perfumes, hey bebebelle? :rotfl:

    Thank you jtb2412...what a star :T

For years I've kept a good stash of Dior perfumes - I usually have at least six on the go, but over the last year or so I've had to run it down due to financial reasons - I didn't buy any perfume last Christmas, even in the sales, so am keen to build my Dior stash back up :)

  • Big thanks to angel69, who kindly got me the R&M I-Define brush on Monday, it arrived this morning, thank you soooooo much :D

I can now play with my new No7 Peacock gel eye-liner, which I couldn't until now because, quite frankly, the brush that came with it is worse than useless :rotfl:
