My local SA's have been so good at trying and putting through all my vouchers, that yesterday I printed off 2 x 6 Mitchum vouchers for 2 of them.
One hasn't got a PC and the other hasn't a printer.
They were really excited and said if I spot anymore 'glitches' they'll be happy to try them out with me
So nice to get helpful staff.
On another note, went to Lewisham branch and actully paid for some hair clips (£3.45) but she didn't put them in my bag with TS + serum, or the receipt, so I have no proof I didn't get them or that I've paid on my visa card either!
Funny thing was I noticed she didn't put all the customer's before stuff in the carrier bag and called him back to tell him......................

Has anyone been refused to pay at a no7 counter when not purchasing no7 things?

I got refused saying that the no7 till can only be used when purchasing no7 items (not including accessories).

No7 lady was just standing around doing nothing as well.

I was then told to go to the fragrance counter, when there 2 SA were STANDING AROUND CHATTING and guess what...they told me to pay at the No7 counter!:mad:

Wasnt a good day.

So was I, that's why I 'spent' most of mine this morning on perfume. Only got about 750 points left now and as much as it pains me to spend them, I'm definitely going to get rid of them as and when they build up. I had over £200 on it a few months ago and spent them on a camera, perfume and a few other bits. I'd have been devestated if I'd lost those. Maybe something for all of to consider really

OMG, how rude of them. I've never had that happen. In fact, they call you over to the No7 counter to pay in my store if the general tills are too busy.

And then for the SAs on perfume to refuse to serve you too? I'd be raging and sending a very strongly worded email to CS if I were you.
