Can I just ask how you got the 3 scooby doo sand art for £0 - I bought 2 yesterday (didn't know they were 3 for 2 no signs in my store grrrr) and was charged £5???

    Hi :)

I think you may have mis-read my post :) The scooby doo set was free because it was the third item. I only bought 1 ( and the 2 knex sets) and it would have been £2.50 on it's own (reduced from £9.99).

So, if you bought 2 yesterday and was charged £5.00 that would be right. Shame about missing out on the 3 for 2 though :( There's no signs in my store either, but the SA told me.

hi scarlett - which store was this hun - and did they have any of the brag books left - i would like some of them!! also - did they have many reduced toys? I looked in the precinct earlier in the week and couldnt find any reduced toys.....

    Hi deb :)

This was in The Precinct hun. Not many reduced toys left to be honest, but a few - knex sets (about 6 left), scooby doo sand art (about 5 left) and a few other bits. You need to really scan along the SELs though to find them!

Loads of the brag books (only lilac though) left this morning, a whole shelf full. They're at the end of the photoframes and albums, near the tills. Don't forget they're included in the BOGOF on all frames and albums so you get the 2 of them for £1.50 :D

can't find the post lol, but the person that said they were going to buy something with points and return it onto someone elses card if living at the same address will flag up same problems, if you are banned then so is everyone else in that registered address and if you return it to someones card at another address will flag up that they are linked to your card and could cause problems for that person.

thats IMHO - its chucking it down here and i've a 15minute walk to the school at 2.40!!

if you are going to spend all points to be on the safe side then buy things you may need, phone top ups, deos, stuff for pressies etc

    this isn't a rant lolol
coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there
    (meaning under the buggy lol):D

It was a store that gives the actual pink voucher, out of the till :)

The till-spit No7/R&M come out of the SS tills don't they?

They do, but I'm pretty sure a couple of people reported getting the No7 voucher as a till spit from manned tills, too. Obviously that is in just a few stores, but sounds great as they won't run out (like one local Boots has!).

I've been into the store on the outskirts of town this morning and they are reducing the perfumes for today only. I went into town and the same ones are full price!! I bought the Paris Hilton one for £9 - nice to see it was £26 in town and that will do sis for Xmas.

Bit of a good and bad day Bootsing, had a bit of a ho-har with the skincare vouchers as they can only go through the till one at a time and so when I got out of the shop I realised I had messed up and missed coupons of 600 points - 500 on No7 when you buy 2 and also my tights one did not go through.

Anyway, my youngest started ft school yesterday, I've not been ale to shop on my own for 6 years and heavens, how liberating is it not to watch a clock and just wait for the hunger to set in before realising that 'hey, it might be lunchtime'.

    Shop 1.

    2 x Lynx sets
    No7 P&P Hand Cream x 2 (Used 2 No7 Vouchers)
    Free GWP No7 Gift Bag
    Mens Time Delay x 3 - free
Paris Hilton - reduced to £9
Epson Printer cart set - reduced to £7.50 (usually £25)
Essential Aromatherpy Set - reduced to £2.50 (still £10 in town)
Amazon Forest Gift Set - reduced to £2.50 (still £10 in town)
Elle McPherson Body lotion £1.57 - was £6.50
Elle McPherson Hand & nail scrub £1.49 - was £6
    Elle McPherson Manicure in a tub - £1.24 - was £5.50
    Mediteranean Orange Bodywash £1 - was £4
Firm support tights 50p - gave voucher, did not get points. Phooey!!

    Total Spend £37.54 - Points = 598

    Shop 2
Time Delay Cleansing balm used voucher (old style maybe, seemed cheap) £1.99
    2 x Lynx sets
    TS LH Straight Balm
TS Mousse - used voucher £2.48 for both
Mens Time delay moisturiser - used voucher £1.79
2 x Too Faded mini face pallets - reduced to £1 each
2 body shaping tight pack - reduced to £1.25 got 100 extra points
Moon Sand pet shop - reduced to £6.70
post it notes lips - reduced to 35p

SOMEHOW ON THIS SHOP I GOT 500 EXTRA POINTS AND I THINK IT IS THE MINI FACE PALLETS!!!!!!

Total spend £19.07 got No7 and £5 FC voucher and 860 points.

Having an adrenaline moment and had to rush to town to get the rest of the mini palletts!! There was a sign in the out of store one saying it was 500 extra points for buying 2 items from Too Faded, Urban Decay and Jemma Kidd ranges, it HAS to be because of this!! Anyway, all sold out but......

    Shop 3
TS Serum - free with mag voucher
    LH Straight conditioner £2.51
    R&M Sponges Free with voucher
TD DC balm £1.99 with till spit

Total to pay £4.50 and another No7 voucher and till spit.

THAT IS IT! No more Bootsing until next week when I'll return to spend the other 2 vouchers and the ones from this mag!! I even managed to get back to Adams to return some trousers but most of my 5 hours today has been spent in Boots.

And another thing, I am new to this but why does it always feel like you are doing something wrong??

Green & Black Choc fondue kit marked down to £7 can pay with points :)

Plus Elle McPherson Range is discontinued so really cheap (changing the packaging it seems), might be able to use the mag from the new brochure but not sure, I'll try next week unlss anyone gets the chance before me.

(PS. Sorry it turned into a long one)
