Hi everyone!

I been a lurker on this forum for awhile.

Im not having a good boots experience as everyone else.

Boots in oxford is really bad, never find any decent reduced and I really wanted the r&m cosmetic bag or the cream mirror one but got refused.

Tried to get 2 sanctuary masks but got refused. :mad:

Got about 4 skincare spits but nothing to get with it without paying extra money.

well done to all of you who are getting the bargains!:T

Oh, and on shop 3 I got a free weeks trial at Curves!! LOL!!

Ive done this when no7 was on 3 4 2 but no signs were up so i got 2 items i needed. I took them back with the receipt and the SA let me have another item free without returning them and re- buying them. She did take some persuading. Customer services say it's the SA's discretion if she lets you do it or not. But it's worth a go. Good luck.

Yay we're off to sainsburys, boots and argos tonight instead and oh is borrowing a satnav so hopefully we wont get lost again:rotfl: Will report if i find anything good in boots:D

Yes I've been to 'normal' tills in a few shops near me and you get No7 as a till spit like facial.

Got a bit spooked with all the posts about people loosing points from their cards, so managed to get couple of reduced perfumes/body lotions to use up mine! Hugo Boss Femme body lotion reduced to £4.75 and Roxy 50ml (pink box) reduced to £6.75. What a boo boo head office has made if the reductions weren't meant to be!:D

Thanks for the info about the reductions and the ACM card points issue. Hope all of you who have issues with this get it sorted out to your benefit. Fingers crossed for all of you.:o

This was East Kilbride Retail park. Looked for toys but nothing on shelves or any signs up about reductions. (not sure about town centre branch).

Still got July/Aug mags and TS serum.
