Has anyone been refused to pay at a no7 counter when not purchasing no7 things?
I got refused saying that the no7 till can only be used when purchasing no7 items (not including accessories).
No7 lady was just standing around doing nothing as well.
I was then told to go to the fragrance counter, when there 2 SA were STANDING AROUND CHATTING and guess what...they told me to pay at the No7 counter!
Wasnt a good day.
A no7 lady once told me I couldn't pay at her till when I wasn't getting no7, but she said she would do it that once (though different SAs have let me checkout at the No7 counter in the same circumstances). This was the same No7 lady who told me that when buying no7 I *had* to pay at her counter! Which I knew was untrue as I'd paid at the main tills many times before, especially because it is a small store and her counter isn't manned when she's off work -- meaning they would have to refuse to sell No7 when she wasn't there! I didn't point that out to her, lol.0 -

Sorry to hear that they were mean to you. Maybe you should complain to CS? Having spoken to some lovely SAs and others on here I understand that if you complain then there is generally feed back to the store/SAs. Don't let it put you off.:o0 -
Hi i'm not sure who it was on the board that wanted the sponge bob sun shields but they have them in the boots i'm in right now haha, they cost £3 each for the roller kind, or they have stick on ones for £1 something, i'm happy to get them for you but they only have 2 of each kinds left so i will have to get them now. The only problem with posting is that they could be heavy? As i can't remember who it was that wanted them if they could send me a pm it would help as haven't got the hang of this mobile internet yet lol surprised i managed to log in!0

I just printed mine out in hopes it would print just the bottom part, as I couldn't get it to let me save the image and just crop out all the extra stuff. And it printed the whole thing! By the time I could get the screen up to cancel, it was halfway done so I let if finish. This voucher is a *major* waste of ink and not worth it for a 4ml sample, imo. I should've had my husband print it at work, but too late for that now (that's what I get for being an idiot in a hurry!). But anyone else, print it at work or the library if you can, unless you can come up with a way to not print the whole thing out!
It really annoys me that they seem to purposefully make these printable vouchers very ink-intensive! This one has big pics of four models and the entire background is black! Urgh!!0 -
This No7 malarky is stupid. Maybe it is at the store managers discretion. Normally a No7 consultant the ones who wear a diff uniform will try and make u pay at their till as they get commision from any No7 sale that they put through.
At Xmas frgrance only sell fragrance though xx:A Carpe diem :AOfficial Market Maven

I'd say how on earth will you cope...but I suspect you'll be havng to much fun to worry :rotfl:
And I loved every minute with him :rotfl: :rotfl: Was more like 4 hours anyway lol and I got a gorgeous lunch, (you have to make that again)
Really lucky I went into Boots when I did today, they were literally putting the perfumes back UP!!!
I managed to grab Curious, Ghost and CA lotion. Curious was still HP, but Ghost was back up to full price when scanned so at first I left it. But whilst I was looking at the mens stuff another shopper was having mens after shave price checked and said that if the ticket says reduced can you check with someone higher as it is advertised at that.
THANK YOU TO WHOEVER THAT WAS
As I then said after they were served, I'll have that Ghost for £5 odd and the CA for £3.50 thanks lol
Thats my cousin sorted for Xmas, just got to get her MF Mascara and eyeliner now as she LOVES It!!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
I've halved my points this week was on 13000 not 6200 something lol, and purely because of all this points malarky problems. They messed up my card not so long ago and I had to have it fixed so now and going on a points spending frenzy.
But DD and all kids are sorted for Xmas, as is majority of family so just looking out for a car seat that is half price at the minute.
If anyone in Basingstoke, can you check if any car seats are half price please???

Just back-Went in to get dh some aftershaves but the clearance boxes had disapperead. The perfume lady told me that yesterday was a huge mistake from head officeand everything was back up to full price, I told her I had come in for some aftershave, she was lovely & told me to look for reduced sel prices and she would let me have it so found Burberry 100ml aftershave for £7.50.
Had a look at ladies perfumes and no reductions at all and saw the price of 50ml of stella peony at £39 I bought 75ml for £12 yesterday:eek:
I found the blue ex gwp with mascara which I was not allowed with pinkie last week but asked another sa who said yes you can , she also insisted that 2 skincare spits would work in one transaction, The till took off £5 for 2 time delay items so I ended up paying £2.58 for pack of wipes & mens a/s balm. Not a bargain as they could have been free if paid for seperately but she was so nice and helpful I didn't have the heart to moan.Love can tame the wildest0 -
In Wellingborough got a cot mobile reduced from twenty five pounds to six , paid with points. A couple of other reduced toys on shelf but nothing i wanted. Also TD glycolic peel, old packaging, was two fifty with tillspit. No perfumes left. :T0
