  • Hi all

Have i missed something  Whats going on about people loosing points, i am getting very very worried??

Would it be an idea if I purchase gift vouchers with my points and use those instead for my christmas shops/ Sale ? How does that work with giving change? Do they put change on a gift card ?

    Thanks in advance.

    hi,

Has anyone been refused to pay at a no7 counter when not purchasing no7 things?

I got refused saying that the no7 till can only be used when purchasing no7 items (not including accessories).

No7 lady was just standing around doing nothing as well.

I was then told to go to the fragrance counter, when there 2 SA were STANDING AROUND CHATTING and guess what...they told me to pay at the No7 counter!

    Wasnt a good day.
Was that at Oxford as well? They can be a bit odd there sometimes. I had to return a No7 palette a few weeks back because it was all smashed, SA upstairs told me I had to go to main till, so queued there, and they then said I'd have to go to No7 till. There was no-one there so I ended up standing around waiting for 10 minutes. I don't understand why the supervisor at main till couldn't do the refund, since that was where I paid in the first place, but oh well...

You can't buy a gift card with points, sorry. If you aren't in parenting club, you probably don't have to worry about losing your points (not that all in PC are losing points, by any means!). If you are in PC or have used PC vouchers that weren't yours, there is a small chance you might maybe have to worry. Looks pretty small, but with people losing their points I did get nervous and spent mine, which is fine as I was never traumatized by spending them, lol.

You could always buy things now that you want or that would make good gifts, making sure that they are things that can be returned (as in, no cosmetics). They will surely put the Christmas items out within the next month, so if your card isn't canceled (and that's unlikely to happen), you can take the items back, get the points put back on your card, then turn around and immediately buy the Christmas things you want (if they put out things you prefer to what you already bought). Just an option if you're worried. :)

Ok first off I am sorry if my examples were a bit off last night was just trying to help but was bit tired and couldn't remember the prices so used online prices for my examples. Hopefully you got from the gist of it that if it is £10 items its quite good and if its a £5 item its 3 4 1 with a pinky. Sorry again.

YMC my coupons arrived today hun, thanks a bunch. Really appreciate it. Will try and find some little bits for you.

MSMOO have posted your thing today.

Threelittlepigs, am really really sorry I know I said I would pop round with your set for ya but I have a chest infection, and am knackered so have popped it in post box. Should be with you tomorrow. Hope thats ok. Sorry again
